Clean, well located. Helpful staff. Very small rooms. Little room for even a couple of pieces of luggage so need to be very organized to avoid tripping over luggage and each other. Heaters/air conditioners noisy.

Nice Hotel

The rooms were a little small than I expected, but very nice regardless It had free parking which was fabulous The owners bent over backwards to help, but there were only 2 persons available - I think the owners of the hotel. It had free wifi which was a must for me. Rooms were clean and quiet.

Home away from home

We were thrilled when we pulled up to our Jerusalem hotel. Perfect location in walking distance to al amenities and community living. Wonderful staff and comfort made this feel like we were living in Israel, and not visiting. Will recommend this so.everyone who plans to visit.the area!

This was my third time staying at the Rafael Residence. Small one bedroom apartments. Convenient parking, friendly and accommodating staff, kitchenette, business friendly. Lovely neighborhood with excellent public transportation. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing location in the heart of Baka. Very clean and compact. Perfect for our needs. Good value for money. Coffee shops and shul nearby. Very pleasant handling, even when we came in very late at night. Will definitely be back.

This was our first time driving in Jerusalem so it was a little overwhelming, but Eli was very helpful in finding the building over the phone and getting the keys after hours. The unit was sufficient for our stay of 2 nights.
