Fantastic 7 night stay with 3 kids...

We just returned this week. Stayed for 7 nights at 2 bed, 2 bath with a family of 5 which included 3 children. Everything was just fantastic. Entire Property is spotless, very well maintained. Units are spacious, spotless and come with everything you can think of. We felt right at home. Frontdesk staff was very helpful, very cordial and very welcoming.

Les plus : L’endroit est très bien situé et permet l’accès aux épiceries, pharmacies, movertrain, etc. Facile aussi pour la marche vers le centre de Brickell. Nécessaires de base en quantité suffisante. Ne pas hésiter. Les améliorations: Un chariot dans la tour 2 pour faciliter le transport des bagages. La tour 1 est plus au goût du jour et plus intéressante. Nous étions dans la 2. L’appartement avait le strict nécessaire. Nous pensons qu’un linge de table et une serviette à vaisselle auront été bien. Nous préférons le café en grain alors, nous avons acheté des filtres à café et quelques autres petits trucs. Nous les avons laissés sur place. J’y retournerais mais je tenterai d’avoir un appartement dans la tour 1.

Comfortable (not-so) stay in Brickell

The stay at Roami was very comfortable with plenty of room for my family to spread out and feel at home. The cleanliness of the unit could be improved but not bad overall. The location is great in Brickell and within a short walking distance of many area restaurants. Parking is in the basement was small and tight but no problem to find a spot. The beds in the unit are very worn and dated and sagging in the middle which made our backs hurt. I understand that these could not be switched out during our stay but needs to be addressed.

Apartamento completo e perfeito para famílias de até 4 pessoas. Muiito bem localizado. Consegui ir no jogo do Miami Heat com transporte público em 25 min. Farmácia e supermercados muito próximos. Atendimento diferenciado. Atenção para o estacionamento, que é pago a parte.

Die Unterkunft ist zentral gelegen und gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es entweder direkt bei der Unterkunft (ca. 35 $) oder kostenpflichtig in der näheren Umgebung. Das Apartment ist teilweise veraltet, und an vielen Stellen wären Renovierungen oder der Austausch von Möbeln dringend erforderlich. In Bezug auf Sauberkeit gibt es deutlichen Verbesserungsbedarf. Während Betten und Handtücher sauber waren, hinterließ der Rest einige unangenehme Überraschungen, wie zum Beispiel herumliegende Spritzen und Müll von vorherigen Gästen. Die Ausstattung war in ausreichender Menge vorhanden und deckte alle Bereiche ab. Insgesamt würde ich die Unterkunft nicht erneut buchen, vor allem nicht für 220 € pro Nacht.
