Great property, check in was not good the front desk closes at 11pm , communication, when calling for housekeeping was not great, no options at the pool for food or drinks. Parking was good elevators were fast air-conditioning had a funny smell come out of it. Overall, the resort was clean, easy to get around fairly safe but the front door remained open during the day day anyone could walk in to the tower.

Fantastic place to stay in the best location on Kaanapali beach. Very friendly and genuine staff that will go out of there way to make your stay comfortable. Our room was more than spacious and we were so impressed. Thanks Kaanapali Ali for a great vacation!

Best hotel/condo!

We stayed at Alii for 5 nights. Absolutely the best hotel experience for our family. My two daughters 7 & 10 years old loved the place! We stayed at #232, a 1-bedroom unit but it was like a 1 bedroom(a king-sized bed) and a den(a queen bed), more than enough for a family of 4. It is around 1300 sqft, with a full kitchen, private laundry, two full bathrooms. Absolutely stunning. Staffs were very welcoming and friendly, all of them. Very responsive and helpful when we needed some help. Best stay ever! Will definitely recommend it to my friends!

Family friendly well located condos

Kaanapali Ali is located at the centre of the action with restaurants, golf and shopping a short walk away. The fitness facility is excellent. The staff were friendly and very helpful. While we didn't have children with us, there were lots of families there. Our one bedroom condo had everything we needed and came supplied with the basics that were replenished with the daily maid service. The furnishings were a little outdated. I believe this is owner dependent - we rented through Expedia so did not choose a specific unit. I would definielty recommend Kaanapali Ali to friends.
