Great location for Christmas Markets and sightseeing. Hotel also has free water available and tea, coffee, hot chocolate machine which is great. Would highly recommend this hotel

Perfect stay in the center

Perfect apartment, nice kitchen and very good and comfortable bed. Unfortunately the parking was fully booked which was very enoying. Hotel very close in walking distance from both reberbahn and the city hall.

All in all we were happy with our stay. The location was excellent. The room had a nice layout and look, but needed a more thorough cleaning in the corners. The bed was very comfortable, but unfortunately the sofa bed was neither comfortable as a sofa or a bed. The staff was nice and helpful.

My favorite hotel

The staff is kind and accommodating. The interior is clean and modern. Breakfast stunning. Very close to pier and close to city. Excellent public transport system. I will recommend to all my friends and family! If you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs since the churches ding once every quarter hour and longer every hour. It didnt bother us though.

Very good experience in this aparthotel. 10' from the attractions in Hamburg, you can walk anywhere. Coffee, water, tea, free 24 hours. Laundry facilities, clean, the room very comfortable and spacious. Without a doubt a place to recommend and return to beautiful Hamburg.
