Perfect Stay in Prague

This apartment style hotel was AMAZING! Central location in the New Town District (Praha 2). It is a close ~5-8 minute walk to the old district which is lovely as it is not as crowded compared to the old district. There are many restaurants within view of the apartments. Service staff are friendly and super accommodating. The apartment itself is in a beautifully restored and maintained building that really makes the "European" experience more magical. The beds are comfortable and air conditioning in the apartment was a bonus. The rooms are large and spacious and it really feels like home. I don't have anything negative to say! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

When we check in at 5pm there was no reception at the building we had to wait at the door for 15 mins until some guest that live inside came back into the building. End up we had to go to the Mosaic House and find another attendant to call our reception people to open the door for us. This initially shocked us and panicked us... afterall the apartment itself is nice. One thing we were not comfortable was the hot water in the bathroom shower. The hot water was not consistent and we can only take short shower as the water will turn cold all of a sudden. Also the heat was not working the first day so we were very cold at night there were not attendant at night so we need to wait until the next day for someone to come and fix the thermostat.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Even when not on site they were just across the road at the Hotel Mosaic to help with a late night lock issue. Well appointed & decorated.

great room

old restored building done so good it was like a brand new unit .spotless clean separate shower which worked great for us like a 2 bedroom with the sofabed .very high end finishes and restoration .best pillows ever ,the only draw back could be a little closer to the action .the location is very safe and upscale neighborhood .you can see some put love and care with every detail from the decore to how the reno work was done

Nice clean modern Apartments

Stayed at this hotel based on trip advisor reviews. We were not disappointed. Great location, nice street with restaurant and pubs in the area and a mini store and bakery outside the building. I was very happy with the apartment on the 5th with nice views of the streets and buildings. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and modern. It is an old 1905 building I believe, that has been renovated to modern standards. I enjoyed this stay very much and would recommend and return again if in Prague!

I really recommend this apartment/penthouse. Very spacious, clean and well equipped. I like the design, it’s very modern and has comfortable beds and bathrooms. Super kind people at the Mosaic hotel check-in. Loved everything about our stay.

Beautiful hotel. Lots of great eating spots in walking distance. Check-in was a bit of a pain, had to go to neighboring hotel and it was pouring rain, so that kinda stunk, but nonetheless- Mooo will be highly recommended
