Location is excellent to Ocean view and walkable to all the key sights in Santa Monica. The room is basic and reasonable, though we found the bathroom. bit weak with water pressure and we had to run the fan for prolonged periods. Great views of Santa Monica beach, no real affordable overnight parking in the area.

Great location. Hotel was not the cleanest or nicely finished. Rooms felt tired. Room was very big. We werent told before checking in there would be a pool party with loud music and hundreds of people. As well we werent told at check in we wouldnt have water or air conditioning for 8 hours one day.

Robby was great at check in however the rest of our stay was okay. No food or water on the property snd no phones in the rooms so keep in mind to bring all the essentials you will need during your stay.

Great spot, close to the beach, shopping and dining. Character building. Pool deck was amazing! The heated pool and hot tub made our stay! Valet parking was quick and secure. We did discover a couple of silverfish crawling around our room which wasn’t ideal, but there were only 2 that we saw. I would love to find a place that puts some care into providing a comfortable mattress on the hide-a-bed. This place was no different. 2 of our 6 guests didn’t sleep well on the pull out couch because the mattress was terrible. The heating/cooling system was hard to understand so we struggled with getting the temperature right in the room. We had a great stay though.

Great spot, some areas were under renovation and I think once they do that it will be amazing! Close to the beach. The pool doesn’t get afternoon sun, something to consider. But they have a fire going on the pool area at night and all lite up. Staff was awesome! Also loved the high quality shampoo. Attention to details.. comfy beds, great duvet and pillows. Older but really cool spot.

Perfect location. They had a staff downstairs 24/7 which was nice. Would recommend. Walking distance from everything - you’re paying for location not so much the room. Room was fine however,clean no issues. Only issue was the check in time. I felt like 4 was a late check in time. Normally it’s 2-3pm

Very run down and dirty, should not be sold as a hotel as there are no services that you would expect in a hotel. The no front desk/app concept makes it feel like you are staying in an abandoned building (property condition really helps that feel). We had to drink water out of the same paper cup for three days as there aren't even vending machines on the premises.

Hotel close to the Santa Monica Pier

We spent a couple of nights here as part of a longer trip in California. The rooms were fantastic! Very clean. Comfortable beds. The view was amazing!! Very walkable and convenient. The staff was so friendly. We were pleasantly surprised to find a pool and hot tub. Target was a short walk to purchase swimsuits. We would definitely stay here again.
