The apartment is close to Rogers Center so we were able to walk there every day. Not the provider's fault but we had no water for one of the three days we stayed. Complaint is that it wasn't LAVISH! A bed, a table and chairs. Just not what i expected. As a homeowner, i suggest 2 things. Fix the slow leak under the kitchen sink and recaulk the bathtub or the floor below will be in trouble.

Unit wasn't fully clean when we arrived. but area is good as is centre downtown. Note this is not a hotel. its a private condo.

Property is in an excellent location in the heart of Toronto. Condo very basic. Lacking essentials like kitchen tea towels, dishcloths, coffee pot or kettle. When we arrived there was wet laundry in the washer, dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Had to wear shoes in the condo as the floors were not clean. No cable TV or tourist info present. Condo has the potential to be a fabulous destination.

It is so conveniently located. The condo was exactly as advertised. It was clean and comfortable and the communication on how to check in and out was really clear. Would definitely stay here again.

My partner and I loved our stay at Lavish Suites! The location was fabulous, the apartment was well appointed, clean and comfortable, the building was safe and correspondence with the host was perfect. We would highly recommend this suite to others and would gladly stay there again!

Great place for the price! You don't have access to the property amenities though which is unfortunate. Also, the place is pretty dark, not that much light coming in due to the position of the condo, but overall it's very well located and the property has everything you need for your stay.

This property was in an absolute ideal location for downtown Toronto, walking distance to Rogers Center, Scotiabank Arena, CN tower, Union Station, Ripleys Aquarium and the harbour. The place was nice however there were a few broken items in the condo the lamp next to the bed and the toilet paper holder. But just minor things. I would absolutely stay again!

We had an issue with the place bot being cleaned after the last guest. Bed not changed, dirty towels, garbage full. BUT the owner was excellent about meeting our needs, offered to send someone right away to clean. As it was night time we cleaned it ourselves and fortunately had our own towels. Excellent service from the owner and when we had an issue finding parking he addressed it right away and directed us to parking. Would definitely recommend this place. Excellent location

Very convienient to the downtown, union station and jays ballpark. Could have more towels and kitchen accesories. Needs updating. The couch was nasty. It was smelly and damp! Floor and corners were dirty.Not same appartment as in the photos.

We followed the check in instructions to find out the unit door was locked with no key to access. Had to contact the owner/manager to come down and physically unlock the door. We had to wait more than an hour at a cafe nearby with all our bags which was very inconvenient.
