I stayed 10 nights at this property. Condo is well kept, it had all necessary appliances and features a condo should have and even beach chair, snorkels and surf boards probably left by previous guests. It was a pleasure going to the pool and jacuzzi. There are a good number of Bbqs in good condition and kept clean. Location is great, close to the A-Bay beach and walking distance except when is is very shot and sunny. Then it's better to go by car. Condo is also walking distance to numerous shops at King's Mall and Queen's Marketplace. Patio was overlooking the golf course and provided a quiet and serene view. Overall, I would recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet and fully furnished condo, yet close to the beach, restaurants and shopping.

We stayed at ground floor unit: - as we arrived the code we were provided did not open the lock with the key from the unit. -the kitchen sink was plugged on the 1st day ( was repaired next day) - we were locked out twice from our unit due to the malfunction of deadbolt. - we had only 1 roll of toilet paper in the bathroom when we checked in and had to go to the management office to ask for more - kitchen had all necessary things but we would suggest the owner to buy a few new pots since a couple of them looked very old. Same with kitchen towels. - the mattress is very old and uncomfortable, it is time for upgrade. - would be great to have extra blankets, or at least one for cooler nights - the unit was cleaned ok but not super clean, specifically floor. - the TV in the bedroom never worked - the manager and staff of the property was very friendly, helpful to solve the problems but we would not stay in this particular unit again.

Everything about vacation property was top notch! Clean, quiet, well equipped, nice pool, and great location. Lots of good eateries within walking distance. Aloha Wine Bar (attached to Island Gourmet) is a hidden gem! Will definitely stay there again!

Great view on golf course and mountain. Not very clean at our arrival, so we asked for proper cleaning which was immediately done. Great service and communication. Washer is old, makes a loud noise. Dishwasher doesn't clean dishes very well. Furniture (beds) are old and some need replacement. Rest of furniture was fine. All of this was taken note of by the reception at checkout, they will probably look into it. Beautiful village with outdoor pool and semioutdoor gym, perfect vacation. Shopping and restos and small beach nearby. Grocery at the nearby shops. Will definitely come back, but maybe a different unit in better condition.

Excellent location

The location was excellent...beautiful place to stay at. Didn't really see our meet any staff during our stay. Rooms are clean except for some little critters Herbert and there. Not very happy with the parking situation. A big pick up truck kept parking in our reserved parking. We notified the office but nothing was done. Pretty much park in other parking spots during our entire stay.

Nice accommodations, great location.

Close to A-bay, good shopping the rest of the island is a day trip away. Negatives, restaurants in the area are pricey and the pool was very kid unfriendly.

Very nice place to stay.

We were pleased with our recent stay to the Fairway Villas. Only issue we has was with the carpet that was very dirty when we arrived. Called the staff and the day after, someone came to clean the carpet. Very efficient. Other than this, everything was great. Highly recommend this place. Very calm during our stay.

We found the residents close to the pool cranky. They don't enjoy children in the pool. In that respect the villas are not child friendly. Fortunately there are close beaches. The living spaces were large and well equipped kitchens.

Nice condos but very cookie cutter feel to the resort. I didn't feel like I had traveled to Hawaii until I left the resort. Mostly retirees staying here. Rooms were very spacious, kitchen had everything you need. Very quiet and nice watching the golf out on the patio. Pool area was nice but there wasn't a lot of loungers and the pool was cool but the hot tub was nice.

Nice hotel in the resort

Nice condo inside the resort. Very clean and comfortable. Close to the shopping malls and restaurants. You will need a car to go to few beaches not far away. The only problem we had was the code to open the gate and to get the key. The villas are actually gated. Their office is outside the villas in the nearby shopping mall. I did not know that and it could be major problem.

Excellent stay

Our condo had a fully equipped kitchen - microwave, rice cooker, slow cooker, pots/pans everything we could need, as well as ice packs, snorkeling gear and a beach umbrella for a day at the beach. The laundry facilities was in the room, and they provided laundry detergent. Kings Shops and Queens Marketplace were a short walk away, as was the pool (very nice, as was the hot tub) and BBQ grills.

Great location, great amenities, but a bit dingy

Easy walk to food and shops. Newer fitness facility (elliptical, treadmill, bikes, weight machine) and nice pool. Suite had everything you could want (dw, wd, mic, etc) but didn't "sparkle". Interior looked like 1980 (yellow, dingy, not much interior light). Also, stumbled upon 3 dieing roaches over our 7 day stay. Some stains on carpets.

Good value, nice view, very comfortable

The condo had ample room and all the amenities a traveller would need. The A/C and all other appliances were in good working order. The grounds were well maintained, clean and quiet. The location was ideal for access to beach, golf, shopping and restaurants. Good value for an acceptable cost when travelling. We would return to this location in the future.

Very nice condo with lots of room.

Great place to stay in Waikola. Shopping near by but expensive. Drive to Kona where groceries where half the price. Many great beaches in the area. Take the time to get away from the resort beaches and explore. With very little effort you can have a beach almost to yourself.
