I found this place over priced for what you got. It is a tired property and not worth the money they were asking. That being said Sedona is an EXPENSIVE city.

Tired property- not much room

Problems with this stay- needed to shorten our stay by one night. I was bounced between hotels.com and the front desk for days. In the end I’m out about $150. Room very, very small and does not have full kitchen. Sheets are very thin. Coffee/shampoo not refilled. Dirty ashtray on patio table when we checked in. Freezer burned ice in freezer. Very old furniture.

The cottages are a great place to stay in a beautiful part of the country. The cottage was very clean and comfortable. The location was great with a 5 minute drive to restaurants and shopping. The staff were very friendly.

A quiet property in nature with everything you need onsite. Super close to red rock state park, away from the traffic of Sedona. Enjoyed the large swimming pool and hot tubs, the on-site activities and the free laundry. It feels like a walkable small community village.

This resort is exceptional. Perfect for everyone. The units were close to the laundry facilities, which were free. They had two pools, one for adults only, which is a great touch. There is a fine dining restaurant on-site. This resort is about 7 miles from Sedona.

Beautiful spot

Beautiful place! Resort was clean and staff very friendly! The only slight issue I had was with the loudness experienced on the Friday when they had a live band. The volume was so high that you could barely understand the words being sung. Noticed slight water damage to the flooring especially in the bathroom. Place overall was beautiful however a little far from the town. You need to drive everywhere.

Stayed with partner for 2 nights. After first night developed itching and bite marks did not turn up till 2 days later. Many down both arms, torso and neck that resemble bed bugs (line formation, small red and itchy). Avoid if possible till property figures it out!
