The area and overall property/room was wonderful until we had issues with the room shower. I won’t get into details as it was pretty gross but I was offered some compensation but not what I felt was appropriate for this situation. We ended up leaving a night early and staying elsewhere the last night. I will say though take away the issues we experienced and it would be a great spot for anyone wanting to be downtown St.Paul and near the Xcel Energy Centre.

NIce clean room with sick brick walls. real kitchen if you like cooking. Walk access to liquor store and groceries. Basically you do get a live in experience! Access anytime via keycode. what more can you ask for?

The price was great, but the parking was paid and there was no place to store clothes - and cleaning service was an upcharge. We lived out of our suitcases for this trip and had to pay a bit for parking across the street. We wanted the room vacuumed due to dirt sticking to our snow boys, but that was a significant fee per day. The bathroom was also light on storage, so we found creative places to put toothbrushes and such. Overall, I'd stay there again, but it's light on amenities.

Probably the best place to stay if anyone is visiting Minneapolis Minnesota. Clean & easy to check in & out. No parking on premises. Would be nice to park there than across the street.

Elegant and Quiet

We loved it! The furnishings are so elegant and simple, yet comfortable. The cupboards were stocked with dishes and silverware, parking was close, and it was SO quiet. We will definitely book again when we return to the Twin Cities?

I didn’t really interact much with staff because there was no need. Would have preferred a room farther away from the elevator since the rooms aren’t very sound proof. Hallway lights were bright, which would have been fine if there was a sliding plate over the peephole and no gaps in the door. The light seeping in made it hard to sleep.
