Hotel is close to Six flags magic mountain

It was pleasant and close to an amusement park. It is in the suburbs so be wary of the lack of transit.

Had a nice stay. Descent for a budget hotel. Had scrambled eggs and sausage patties which is more than most hotels.

While the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was less than I would have expected from a Best Western. Carpet was pretty dirty and room was quite noisy. Way too close to the I-5. I did appreciate the earplugs!

So close to Six Flags Magic Mountain

We could see the Park from our door. The breakfast was so filling didn't have to eat at the park. Late check in went well friendly staff great experience.

Good hotel. let down by staff at check-in.

The room was excellent. Proximity to Magic Mountain was great - we walked over and saved $20 for parking. The whole experience was let down by the strange pedantic attitude of the staff member during check-in.

The property was tired. It was next to an interstate so the noise level was high. Ear plugs were provided. Carpets were probably vacuumed but there was a level of dirt to it when walking around in bare feet.

Our stay was awful our room was infested with ants the pool area was dirty the entire hotel needs to be updated they offered to spray our room but by that time there was ants on our bag and wouldn't refund our money...would not recommend to anyone

Great for Six Flags

Room was big, in good condition, and comfortable. Breakfast could be a little crowded but it was manageable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Super convenient for Six Flags Magic Mountain.

Break in travel

We were traveling with our autistic grandson and needed to break our travel to allow for him to rest from all the input of traveling. The hotel was clean but more importantly quiet. It was quiet enough for him to be comfortable taking a swim in the pool as there was not a bunch of other children screaming and splashing.

the hotel best western close and sold Holiday inn the room so the rooms at Holiday inn very nice but know one told me that we are going to another hotel.

Holiday Inn - NOT Best Western

We actually stayed at the Holiday Inn next door to what was the Best Western, which is being renovated. I didn't know that we were going to be shunted to the Holiday Inn. If I was told, I missed it. Otherwise, all was good at the Holiday Inn.

It looked like a building site. In fact it was a building site. The best western was being demolished. Thanks for letting us know. Luckily the Holiday Inn Express next door had come to an arrangement with BW to accommodate bookings. Expedia eye was definitely off the ball on this occasion

Hotel was very nice and the front desk person was wonderful. Clean and what you hope for in a hotel. Kind of shady area, at least when we got there. Police had cordoned off the street about a mile down and saw someone looking in cars in parking lot with a flashlight. So beware of leaving anything valuable in your car (which pretty much applies everywhere though) I told the front desk person and she acted promptly getting the police involved. Was impressed she took it seriously and acted to ensure the safety of the cars in the lot. I really only saw it in the dark but would stay there again.

Ceilings are fabulous..oh and the Inn is great too

Very Charming room if you stay on the second floor. Getting there is a little bit of a challenge with luggage and stairs, but it was worth the trip up. Great morning breakfast. Rooms felt clean and beds were okay. Recently remolded and the outside buildings look nice and are freshly painted. Love the colors!
