Nice apartment but full of dust, dust accumulated in every corner and apartment not swept properly before renting it out. Would have been excellent if a cleaning service was offered.

Aesthetic and well appointed.

Amazing suite. Private apartment in a new large building that is very quite large and aesthetic. The room was well appointed and included a large windows and a massive balcony. Stayed two nights with an baby and we enjoyed it very much. Parking was free and the kitchen was stocked with essentials.

This apartment suited our needs and met our expectations. Only issue we experienced was checking in with the code that was somewhat complicated. The initial code did not work. Communication with the property via WhatsApp messaging and phone was excellent and we did get another code BUT when we got to our room it had not been serviced from guests prior. Another phone call and we were promptly relocated to another apartment. Apartment was clean and had all the necessary equipment for us to have breakfast and cook a meal. A 15 minute walk to a train station and two stops to a large shopping mall (Norte). We found BOLT (uber) the cheapest and easiest method to get around. Downloaded the app and very simple to use.

Overall, this hotel apartment provided a fantastic base for our family vacation. With its clean and new facilities, excellent location, family-friendly environment, reasonable pricing, free parking, and a fully functional kitchen, it ticked all the boxes for a perfect stay. We would highly recommend it to other families looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Las intalaciones muy bonitas en general, detalles muy bellos en todo lugar. Hubiese sido muy satisfacrorio y un punto sobresalinte tener el apoyo para dejar nuestras maletas resguardadas un par de horas en algun citio destinado, despues del check out, pero no fue posible. La atención del personal en general es muy buena, sobre todo del Sr. Daniel Ferreira, quien fue sumamente atento en todo momento y todo trato con el fue excepcional. Faltó bote de basura en el departamento o indicación al respecto. No es centrico, es retirado del centro y lugares turísticos. Con auto es buena opción. Recomendado en general.

Oporto volveremos

Perfecto, aunque esta algo retirado del centro de Oporto, usamos Uber de 6 a 8€, ya que al ser 4 con dos peques, el transporte público aunque funciona de maravilla, queda a 10 minutos andando pero si vas en pareja sin problema, cada 3 minutos hay un tren que rápidamente os acerca.

Came in very late with kids the concierge support person was right there trying to get us in, our phones where dead kids tired so he managed to get us inside into the room. We were exhausted from the day’s activities thank goodness he was on top of it! I highly recommend this place!
