Integrated Property Managers – Activation period for new listings

Important: This article is for Integrated Property Managers (IPMs).

After creating a new listing within your Property Management Software, allow up to 24 hours for all content to feed to your Vrbo dashboard.

Listing completion

The time taken for a new listing to be live on Vrbo depends on the completion of the required information (for example: listing content, lodging configurations, rates, and availability). If after 24 hours your listing is incomplete, add the required information in your software.

Check your Vrbo dashboard to ensure a plan has been chosen and that you’ve provided all documentation to show you comply with local laws and regulations.

Listing activation

Once the green active button appears next to the listing, allow another 24 hours for the new listing to populate a property display page on Vrbo.com.
