Stockholm is an unusual city in that most of its districts are located on islands, linked to each other by a fast and efficient public transport system. For families
If you’re travelling here on an extended stay of a month or more, the outskirts of the city may better suit your need for extra space for the family. The area of Vasastan offers a lovely park with an ice rink in the winter.
