Spacious villa with private swimming pool, located in a quiet area, 1 km from the center of the picturesque village of Carvoeiro.
The ground floor of the villa has a large living room with doors opening onto the terrace and swimming pool. Spacious kitchen with all necessary facilities, bedroom, bathroom and laundry room.
Outside a large terrace, well-kept swimming pool with sun beds, barbecue area and ample parking.

Excellent Family Villa

Spacious villa with a well equiped kitchen. Modern furniture inside and out, all the beds were very comfortable. Sunbeds were also comfortable. The outside photos do not do the villa justice, there is far more space than you think. Will stay again.

Couldnt fault the property in anyway. Was exactly as adverised and fulfilled our requirements perfectly. A perfect quiet location ten minutes from town. People were friendly and helpful.

Amazing place and location

Carvoeiro is a great location. Lots of restaurants and bars to choose from. We walked most nights into the centre but Uber was also cheap and easy to use. The board walk was easily accessible and filled with incredible views, we love walking so this was a great experience. The villa was spacious with all you would need. Pool was a great size. Hosts were fantastic greeting us on arrival and departure. Would book again.

Fantastic

The property exceeded our expectations. We were a group of five and had more than enough space to be all together as well as apart! The outdoor space for cooking, dining and relaxing, as well as the pool were glorious. The whole booking process was easy and without any problems and Arie was the perfect host. Would highly recommend this villa and will definitely return in the future:

A beautiful villa with the most fantastic owners! Great sized pool, modern decor, spacious and very close to Carvoeiro center. We had the most wonderful stay as two families of 4! Thanks so much Paula & Arie! Looking forward fo our return next August 🙂

Absolutely perfect experience

From start to finish our experience with Paula was first rate. Quick communication whenever I asked a question in the build up to swift responses to a couple of requests during our stay. The villa was exactly as pictured and described, the new addition of air con was welcome after a couple of days for a very reasonable rate and would highly recommend when it’s in the 30s Location wise everything is really close and there are Ubers always readily available, the heart of Carvoeiro is just a 5 minute ride. It is walkable but was too steep/hot for our party Would gladly return tomorrow

Wonderful villa and location

The villa is gorgeous - spotlessly clean and well equipped. There were 8 of us and we had loads of room to spread out. It is situated in a quiet, luxury, residential area and the pool was a huge hit with our two granddaughters. The glorious weather helped. It was a bit of a hike to the town and its two beautiful beaches with a couple of fairly steep hills but well worth the effort. Carvoeiro is a lovely town but quite small. We stayed over Easter so it wasn't too crowded but it might be an issue in peak season. Some beautiful walks along the cliffs and some very nice restaurants. Highly recommend Levels and Mama Mias. We didn't bother to hire a car for the duration of the trip instead we just used Uber for day trips and visits to the large out of town supermarket and it worked really well. The nearby town of Sives is definitely worth a look.

Villa surpassed my expectations. Very well equipt with masses of space. Easy walking distance to caroveiro. Lovely big clean pool. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Fabulous

Everything about our 10 day stay at this beautiful villa was fabulous. We were a party of 7 on holiday for a mixture of golf and relaxation. There was ample space for all of us with good sized rooms, comfy beds and three walk in showers. The location was peaceful with any easy walk into town. The hosts were so friendly and generous and made us all feel comfortable as soon as we arrived. Excellent stay, we will be back.

Lovely Villa

Villa was spacious and very clean, with all the facilities we needed. Outside was great with large pool and nice barbecue area. Location is a 15 minute walk to town, bit hilly but plentiful Ubers if you don't fancy the walk back! Hosts were friendly and helpful.

Beautiful villa, great location

Fabulous villa, lovely quiet location with sea views - and so green everywhere, - spacious, modern and clean, great pool! It has all the amenities you need. 15- 20 minutes walk into Carvoeiro for bars/restaurants and can easily get a Taxi home (5 euros). Paula and Arie were wonderful hosts. We would definitely recommend it to anyone - and would love to stay here again. Perfect!

Half term break

Just had the most amazing and relaxing stay here. All we could have asked for which made for a very chilled 7 days in the sun. Particularly enjoyed the BBQ amongst the facilities. WiFi was great, and tv equipped with all we needed to suit our grown up family. Kitchen very well equipped with everything needed to eat in. Would love to visit again in the summer season but would probably rent a car on my next visit.

October 2019 Autumn Sun

This villa was better than the online advert. The villa is spacious, modern and really comfortable, feeling like a home from home. Beds are really comfortable and the space both inside and out is great. The neighbourhood is lovely and peaceful and having the hosts as neighbours is both handy for any questions or problems (not that we had any at all) I'd really recommend this villa for a great family holiday in the Algarve.

Outstanding villa with lovely hosts

Arie and Paula are wonderful hosts on hand for any questions. The villa is an absolute gem ... furnished as a home with everything you could possibly need including lots of pool inflatables! 4 double beds and a cot all comfortable , great showers and in a quiet residential area. Walking distance into Carvoeiro with loads of good restaurants/bars and coastal paths just a few minutes away. Everything is clean and well looked after. We were a family of 7 plus a 1 yr old and there was plenty of space for everyone to relax in different areas. Just the perfect villa ... don’t hesitate to book.
