Family apartment 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms close to Vatican Museum and metro
The apartment is located on the 1st floor (it is possible to use the lift) with a beautiful view over the city; it has been renovated and furnished by an expert architect in a modern and functional style. It is 700 meters from the Vatican Museums and also the metro stop. It has 3 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom; there is also a living room with kitchenette. It is bright and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a day spent around Rome.
The master bedroom is a suite with a giant bed, a small balcony and a fantastic view. It has a private bathroom with Jacuzzi and is definitely the room of your dreams.
The other two double bedrooms have private bathrooms and large windows to enjoy the sunny days. In the last room there is also the possibility of adding a single pouf, in case of a child or for another guest.
The apartment is really spacious and can be the right solution for a group of friends or couples traveling together.
The dining room is large enough for everyone to eat together and the 3 bathrooms will make the stay in the apartment very pleasant

Lovely flat and great location for all the sites of Rome. We had spent 10 days travelling around Italy and spent a few days in Rome at the end. The flat is lovely and worked well for a family of 5 with a few teens. We spent the mornings sightseeing and would be in the flat for a few hours late afternoon and early evening before heading out for dinner. Each evening we enjoyed a drink on the balcony taking in the lovely view.
Andrea was really helpful and we would recommend this to anyone needing a base to explore Rome from. Thank you.
Spacious 3 BR/3BA apartment - perfect for our family of 5. Away from crazy downtown core, but close enough via public transport for easy access. Master suite with two walls of windows afforded great view of hour New Year’s Eve fireworks from the comfort and warmth of a king bed. Host very responsive to fixing a minor plumbing issue. Lots of hills and steps so you will get a workout coming up from the metro!
We had 3 couples staying and we had our own bedroom w/ bathroom. No living room Area but the kitchen had a big enough table and chairs for the 6 of us. Good location and could walk to several attractions in the area. Would definitely stay again.
must use the address for the street above the property and the is no where close to eat you need to uber or cab everywhere other wise the place was fine and worked well
This property was just as advertised. It suited our family (3 teens and 2 parents) perfectly. The 49 bus stop was conveniently outside the property and the #46 was a 2 minute walk away. We used the bus service to access the center of Rome although we could have easily walked. Our stay was a short 3 day stay this combined with the oppressive August heat, we chose to use the public transit to get around. The metro was a quick 5 minute walk we used this to get to the Colosseum as it was easier and more direct than the bus. Many people have mentioned the number steps. We didn't find this a problem as it was not the only way to access the property. You do need to use these to get to the metro and the grocery store, but we did not find them an issue. The property is on the doorstep of the Vatican which was great as we spent our first day there and walked to the Vatican museum within minutes. We did have an issue with the sink in one of the bathrooms not draining but we contacted the host who came and fixed the issue on the day we reported it while we were out sightseeing. The property was air-conditioned which was much appreciated in the August heat. Additionally, the property comes with a well equipped kitchen so we were able to cut costs by making breakfast and lunches for our days out. We did not make any main meals, but there are enough pots, pans etcetera to do so if you wish. Overall a very pleasant stay, great communication with the hosts and we would definitely recommend.
This property is wonderful. The property manager went above and beyond to help us with whatever we needed. The location is great and we enjoyed the views! I didn’t want to leave it!!
The property was just as described. It was clean, spacious and well located. The host that received us was very nice. Loved that it had a washing machine.

Perfectly located for our friends who had a tour of the Vatican almost immediately after landing. Graciously allowed to leave our luggage earlier than check in. Quiet area, however restaurants and shops were just around the corner. Greatly appreciated that there was a bathroom in each bedroom.
An outstanding location - great access to the Vatican, Metro and great community restaurants.
Overall a lovely location and great stay. We did have a broken door throughout our stay that was a little tricky to navigate - but the host was supposed to be working on fixing.
Great apartment - 3 queen bed each with it's own bath
We enjoyed our time in Rome. The hot tub was nice and relaxing. The 111 steps to nearby restaurants and groceries can be challenging. The sunset from the balcony was amazing. Olivia checked us in and was very patient with our many questions since it was our first time in Rome. Thanks for a great stay.
Apartment was as advertised. Good communication with host who arranged for a car to pick us up at airport and then take I back at the end of our 10 night stay. Quiet. Views from small balcony were very nice. Loved the close location to the Vatican.
Stayed here with family. Very clean place, and host was vey helpful. I recommend this place, especially those wanting to visit the Vatican. Short stroll to the Vatican museum.
We really enjoyed our five night stay at this apartment. It was centrally located without being too touristy. It offered all of the comfort and conveniences we were looking for. That said, there are a lot of steps (111) to get down to the area with shops and restaurants nearby. So this wouldn’t be a good location for people with mobility issues. That said it was perfect for us, and we would happily stay here again!
We enjoyed our stay, mainly just needed a comfortable place to rest after touring Rome all day. This place had everything we needed and responsive and helpful host. Need to climb stairs to access the apartment which was not a problem for us but could be if limited mobility.
I am writing this on behalf of my son and daughter in law who stayed there with their 5 year old daughter and 11 and 13 year old sons.
They love the views and also really appreciated the restaurant recommendations and the washing machine. We had been traveling for several days and really needed to wash some clothes. They appreciated that the soap was supplied and coffee!
Their little daughter loved the big bathtub!
Thanks for all your kindness!
Andrea was great and gave us some excellent recommendations. I suggest going down the hill for great food and shopping, just as good if not better and much more affordable.
Nice location. We walked to everything but we walked a lot. Lots of restaurants nearby. Our only wish was that we had a common place / couch to relax at the apartment when returning from a long day.
