"Villa with pool close to Es trenc beach."

The location of Bugan.Villa Es Trenc is fantastic, 2km from the town and 10 minutes from the famous white sand beaches in the south of the island of Mallorca.

· The Villa is approximately 80 square meters and is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden of about 1000 square meters, surrounded by nature, a green garden with palm trees, native plants and bougainvilleas.

· There is a barbecue (bbq) in the garden.

·Private pool. Approximately 1.20 meters deep. We have a special security fenced for child safety around the pool area.

· 4 Hammocks with beach towels and 2 straw Mediterranean umbrellas.

Great place to stay

We had a great time here. Located just a 20 minute drive from the most amazing beach Caló des Moro! Swimming pool was lovely and had all the amenities we needed (hair dryer, beach towels, bath towels, beach bag and umbrella, washer, etc). Thanks to Jaime and his wife for the wonderful hospitality :)

An absolute gem

The villa met all our expectations and more. Jaime the host was fantastic, responding quickly and made us very welcome on arrival. The villa is lovely, in its own gardens with pool. The location is quiet and very conveniently located for local towns and wonderful beaches. We will definitely return

Entspannung in ruhiger Lage

Kleine rustikale Finca mit Pool, die keinen unserer Wünsche offen ließ. Abseits vom Trouble kommt jeder, der sich gern entspannt auf seine Kosten. Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Finca ist gepflegt und verfügt über alle grundlegenden Dinge, auch der Garten mit Pool sind sehr gepflegt und laden zum verweilen ein. Unsere Gastgeber sind sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Menschen. Alles in allem ein kleines Paradies zum erholen, entschleunigen und entspannen. Danke für die Gastfreundschaft!

Ruhige und sehr schöne Finca - einfach abschalten

Nach einer sehr herzlichen und liebevollen Begrüßung durch den Gastgeber und seine Frau durften wir das Anwesen in Augenschein nehmen. Eine sehr liebevoll und komplett eingerichtet Finca. Wir waren viel auf der Insel unterwegs und haben uns jedes Mal gefreut, wieder in unser „Zuhause“ zurückkehren zu dürfen. Der Pool wurde durch uns früh und abends genutzt; war immer sauber und sehr angenehm!! Auch das nahe gelegene Colonia Sant Jordi ist eher ein ruhiger Ort - genau das haben wir gesucht! Danke für diese wunderschöne Zeit!

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Wir waren Anfang September da. Das Objekt ist genau wie in der Beschreibung, auch die Fotos stimmen. Sehr ruhige Lage. Für den Strand und den Ort ist ein Auto sehr empfehlenswert. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Perfect villa in wonderful location

This is a gorgeous villa and was a perfect choice for our holiday. It is ideal for a family, very private, and conveniently located just outside of colonia sant jordi, which is a delightful harbour town. Everything was beautifully clean and fresh, beds were comfortable and rooms nicely presented in mallorcan style. The large garden and pool are stunning and made a wonderful peaceful retreat from the heat, as did the various terraces and outdoor seating. Our hosts were very accomodating and helpful, especially when we needed to access some medical help. We would highly recommend this villa . Thank you for a great stay - we had a wonderful time and hope to come back.

Tolle Finca für Familien

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Jamie und seine Frau waren sehr nett und äußerst hilfsbereit. Die Finca ist mallorquinisch rustikal. Zwar ist alles nicht mehr ganz neu, aber alles funktioniert und ist sauber. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen. Beste Grüsse

Tolle gemütliche Finca :) ...

... die wir genauso in live erlebt haben, wie sie hier beschrieben steht!!! Wir sind zu dritt gereist und für uns hat einfach alles gestimmt - vom tollen gepflegten Garten mit Pool und Liegen, über mehrere Terrassen, die eine zum Frühstücken in der Morgensonne, die andere zum Abendessen mit Blick in den Sonnenuntergang, bis hin zu den Details im Haus, sehr liebevoll gestaltet und überall duftete es frisch. Die Eigentümer sind sehr lieb, waren sehr spontan, denn sie haben uns schon früher als Check-In Zeit empfangen und reingelassen. Auch die Gespräche am Gartenzaun verliehen unserem Aufenthalt eine familiäre Atmosphäre auf der Finca. Wer es authentisch, klein und fein mag, dem möchten wir die Finca ans Herz legen, sie ist sehr zu empfehlen!

Wunderschöner Urlaub :)

Vielen Dank für den freundlichen Empfang und Abschied, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jeder Zeit gerne wieder kommen . Die Lage und die Umgebung sind sehr zu empfehlen für einen schönen Familien Urlaub. Die Finca , der Garten und der Pool sind wie beschrieben und absolut zu empfehlen. Just perfect!

We have had the most wonderful holiday here - the villa is beautifully clean, comfortable beds and everything you need. The garden is a stunning oasis of planting, seating areas and a lovely pool. Colonia de Sant jordi is a gorgeous little town with beaches and a port. The property is very private but Jaime and family are there for any questions but do no interfere so for us it was just perfect! We would definitely return! Gracias

perfekter Urlaub

Wir haben den Urlaub in der Finca sehr genossen. Garten und Pool bieten ein ideales Umfeld, um sich zu erholen. Die Finca ist klein aber fein und dank Klimaanlage auch im Hochsommer gut zu kühlen. Die Küchenausstattung könnte etwas umfangreicher sein, aber unterm Strich können wir diese Finca wärmstens empfehlen. Die Vermieter sind hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich.

To Know

This pretty little house of about 550sq ft, is located in a residential area, 5 minutes by car from the beach and the small seaside resort of Colonia San Jordi. It has a beautiful exotic garden very green and very well maintained. The master bedroom is equipped with a very comfortable large "king size" bed and each bedroom has large closets, the main room is on the other hand a bit "cramped" for a family but luckily, there is everything you need outside. Despite all this, we were disappointed with our choice. We were looking for an isolated place, without neighbors or opposite and even if everything was done for the best in this house, we had no knowledge neither from the photos of the site, nor from the description, nor more with the comments of the former tenants that this small house is located just in front of the (electric) entrance gate of the large property of the owners and their family ... (absolutely adorable people, moreover, that we necessarily had the opportunity to meet several times during our stay.) A second gate in the garden, near the swimming pool, this time opens onto the owners' garden. We would have appreciated knowing this information Cette jolie petite maison d’environ 50m2 se trouve dans un quartier résidentiel à 5mn en voiture de la plage et de la petite station balnéaire de Colonia San Jordi. Elle dispose d’un magnifique jardin exotique très verdoyant et très bien entretenu. La chambre principale est équipée d’un grand lit « king size » très confortable et chacune des chambres dispose de grands placards , la pièce principale est en revanche un peu « étriquée » pour une famille mais heureusement, il y a tout ce qu’il faut à l’extérieur. Malgré tout cela, nous avons été déçu de notre choix. Nous recherchions, un endroit isolé, sans voisins ni vis à vis et même si tout a été fait pour le mieux dans cette maison, nous n’avions pas connaissance ni d’après les photos du site, ni d’après le descriptif, ni d’avantage avec les commentaires des anciens locataires que cette maisonnette se trouve juste devant le portail (électrique) d’entrée de la grande propriété des propriétaires et de leur famille… (des gens absolument adorables, du reste, que nous avons forcement eu l’occasion de croiser plusieurs fois pendant notre séjours.) Un 2ème portail dans le jardin, proche de la piscine, ouvre cette fois sur le jardin des propriétaires. Nous aurions apprécié avoir connaissance de ces informations

sehr schöner Urlaub

Aug/Sept 2020 - es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub, trotz covid19. Das Haus und der Pool ist sehr sauber. Der Garten ist mit Liebe angelegt und bietet drei Sitzgelegenheiten. In die Stadt / Strand sind es ca. 2 km. Mietwagen ist zu empfehlen, da auch die schönsten Strände nur mit dem Auto erreichbar sind. (Leuchturm parken, ca. 25 min. nach rechts laufen). In der Stadt findet man auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und einen Bäcker. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und wenn was wäre ist er da, ohne aufdringlich zu sein.Vielen Dank an Maria und Jaime

Gepflegt, wunderbar ruhig und entspannend

Wir haben einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub hier verbracht. Jaime kümmerte sich auch während unseres Aufenthaltes immer wieder um Garten und Pool. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen bei der Küche, die mehr Licht, einen besser funktionierenden Kühlschrank, ein neues Schneidbrett und wenigstens eine kleine Ausstattung an Gewürzen gebrauchen könnte. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub bei freundlichen Menschen. Vielen Dank!

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Haus mit privatem Pool und sehr schönem Garten

Wir wussten den herzlichen Empfang von den Gastgebern Jaime und Maria sehr zu schätzen. Die Lage ist nicht ganz zentral, dafür sehr ruhig und stilvoll. Trotz des eher kühlen Mai-Wetters haben wir zwei tolle Wochen dort verbracht.

perfekter Familienurlaub

Unsere Erwartungen an den Urlaub in der " Villa Rustica" wurden mehr als nur erfüllt. Das Haus verfügt über einen traumhaft schönen Garten, der mit viel Liebe angelegt wurde und top gepflegt war. Ebenso der Pool! Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und die Ausstattung der Küche funktional. Ausgesprochen nett und zuvorkommend waren unser Vermieter und seine Frau. Wir würden immer wieder kommen und unsere Kinder waren ebenfalls total begeistert. Sehr entspannter Urlaub mit Kindern!!!
