Spacious and sunny apartment, south facing with panoramic views. The apartment consists of two large bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with two single beds that can be changed into a queen size double. It contains a good size terrace where to enjoy a nice meal al freco. It is on the top floor; therefore, it provides complete privacy. There are only a few steps to climb to access the apartment due to the fact that it is built on a hill.

The apartment is in a private complex with 2 communal swimming pools and surrounded by gardens for a complete relaxed holiday. It is situated on the top part of Calahonda, which makes it very peaceful but at the same time just a few minutes drive from the beach, supermarkets as well as restaurants and pubs.

Restful stay in the hills of Calahonda

Spacious, clean apartment with comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. Super balcony and two lovely swimming pools with grassy areas. Definitely need a car , because of the hilly location. Calahonda is great for being within easy reach of lovely beaches at Capobino , Miraflores and La Calla..and the twice weekly market at La Calla. Thanks Fidel. We had a wonderful holiday. Christine

Hemos pasado tres semanas en el apartamento y todo perfecto. La ubicación para conocer la zona es optima. El trato con el propietario muy cordial. Las piscinas de la urbanización muy buenas y mucha tranquilidad por la noche. Se lo recomendamos a cualquier familia que quiera conocer la Costa del Sol.

Trés bel appartement

Très bel appartement conforme à la description. Spacieux, propre et confortable. Bel environnement de proximité, il faut une voiture pour se déplacer. Une belle résidence, dommage que certaines personnes ne respectent pas leurs voisins et stoppent leur bruit. Heureusement que tout était parfait dans l'appartement, la ville et la plage.

Very clean and nice apartment in the hills .

Very clean , nice and spacious apartment situated in the hills of Calahonda . We have appreciated the fresh air of the hills at night ! So we didn't used the air conditioner , a little bit too noisy , according to us. You just will need a car at this place, but it's very easy to get a taxi if no car. Meanwhile, by walk , you can easily reach the good and nice restaurant " Miel y Nata " not very far from the property .

Gemütliche Wohnung mit Meerblick

Die Wohnung bietet ausreichend Platz für 2 Personen mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern. Alle nötigen Utensilien für die Küche sind vorhanden. Das Geschirr ist etwas einfach, aber es gibt ordentliche Gläser. Alle Artikel waren sauber und gepflegt, wie die gesamte Wohnung. Leider gibt es keine Auflagen für die Balkonstühle und auch die beiden Auflagen für die Liege sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Stecker der Stehlampe war kaputt. Sehr erfreulich, dass es einige deutsche TV-Kanäle gibt. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Très bon séjour

Appartement spacieux dans résidence très calme. Très beau cadre et idéalement situé pour visiter l'Andalousie. Fidel donne de précieux conseils pour faciliter le séjour. A noter également la facilité d'accès à l'appartement via le coffre fort, très pratique à cas d'arrivée tardive ou départ anticipé. Je recommande cet appartement.

Nice apartment but!

Nice enough apartment, the owner was very prompt dealing with any query or problem, two nice pools, the smaller pool was nearest to the apartment and never overcrowded. You definately need a car as there isn't much around and the few local restaurants are down a steep hill. BUT our main reason for accepting being a long way from the front, was the promise in the description and from the pictures, of a spectacular view from the balcony, this is not the case!. The trees that you can see in the pictures are now 6-10 feet higher than the balcony and the only view you get is by looking between the trees from one end of the balcony. We were very disappointed having envisaged sitting on the balcony enjoying the view of the coast. Obviously this is not the owners fault and there is nothing he can do about it but the description is inaccurate.

Appartement très bien situé et bien équipé

Tout d'abord, la communication avec Fidel est excellente, c'est très rassurant ! L'appartement est situé dans une résidence sécurisée, à 10min sur les hauteurs de Sitio de Calahonda, donc voiture impérative... Les 2 piscines permettent de se baigner sans problème, les enfants se sont régalés. Apparemment qui contient tout le nécessaire, manque peut-être quelques couteaux de meilleures qualités pour cuisiner. Le seul petit bémol est le stationnement, si vous sortez le soir, il est très difficile de pouvoir se garer dans la résidence... À recommander

Fabuleux!!

L’appartement très beau et très propre, la résidence sécurisée et très bien entretenue, beaux jardins et belles piscines. Proche des plages, des sites touristiques d'intérêts, de Marbella, tout est génial avec cet appartement, d'ailleurs, nous le réserverons certainement pour l'année prochaine. Merci à Fidel pour ces mails nous donnant toutes les infos nécessaires. A l'année prochaine!!

In a very pleasant time in this apartment

We spent two weeks in this apartment. Being thousands miles away from home (Stockholm) but feel your accommodation so comfortable, almost like home, was the best feature with this well-equipped and clean apartment. Location, neighbourhood and landscape was great. Last but not least, the landlord was so kind and responsive in any sense. We can just give our best recommendation for renting this apartment.

The apartment is perfect. 2 lovely bedrooms, all equipment and good wi-fi.

You really can't do better than this. We know the block well and this is a tip-top apartment. There is a lovely pool (we went daily) and a short trip down the hill (by car) for supermarket, morning coffee, papers - the lot. Serious recommendation.

Excellent Appartment

We have just returned from a fabulous ten day holiday in Fidel's apartment. It was very clean and tidy and a spectacular view of the coast from the balcony, to watch the sun rise and sun set. The complex was very clean and tidy, I would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends. You do need a car, however we new that before we arrived, as we have been to the area before.

Un piso estupendo

Piso amplio, muy bien equipado y muy cómodo. Limpio. Una terraza con vistas al mar. Residencia tranquila y segura. Podemos aparcar el coche enfrente del piso. Propietario muy simpático y disponible. Recomiendo el piso a todos.

Idealny wypoczynek w pieknym apartamencie

Ja i moja rodzina mieliśmy przyjemność spędzić zeszłoroczne wakacje w tym uroczym apartamencie. Była to nasza pierwsza wizyta w Hiszpanii wiec nie wiedzieliśmy czego się spodziewać, na szczęście rzeczywistość przerosła nasze oczekiwania. Właściciel mieszkania, Fidel jest przesympatyczna osoba. Biegle mówi po angielsku i francusku, ale ma znajomych Polaków, także nie było problemu z komunikacja podczas dokonywania rezerwacji gdyż na nasze maile odpowiadał po Polsku. Mieliśmy także przyjemność poznać go osobiście ponieważ czekal na nasz przyjazd. Apartament był wyjątkowo czysty, pościel pachnąca, łazienki nieskazitelne, wystarczająco dużo ręczników dla czterech osób i idealnie wyposażony - począwszy od pralki, mikrofalówki, zmywarki po żelazko, deskę do prasowania i suszarkę. Klimatyzacja działała bez zarzutów, chociaż nie korzystaliśmy z niej wiele, ponieważ nie było zbyt gorąco. Zamieszczone zdjęcia nie oddają w pełni uroku mieszkania, także byliśmy jeszcze milej zaskoczeni po wejściu do środka. Poranki i wieczory spędzaliśmy na tarasie popijając kawę czy sangrie, rozkoszując się słońcem i pięknym widokiem. Osiedle w ktorym znajduje się apartament jest bardzo bezpieczne, pełne drzew, kwiatów i krzewow ozdobnych. Sasiedzi przyjaźni, kulturalni, spokojni. Ogolnie panowała atmosfera ciszy i relaksu. Czesto korzystaliśmy z dwóch basenów, które byłyprzeważnie puste z wieloma wygodnymi leżakami i czysta woda. Dobrze jest mieć samochód żeby dostać się na plaże czy odwiedzić okoliczne miasta jak Malaga i Marbella. Calahonda jest niewielka miejscowością z kilkoma pubami i restauracjami. Szczególnie godne polecenia są tez owocami morza i z lokalna kuchnia. Wyjątkowo dobra pizze można zjeść z restauracji , która znajduje się ok 700m od apartamentu – prosto z pieca i w przyzwoitych cenach. Szczególnie polecam apartament Fidela ponieważ wypoczęliśmy idealnie i nie było jednej rzeczy na którą można było by narzekać. Czesto korzystamy z HomeAway podróżując po Europie, ale to miejsce jest naszym zdecydowanym numerem jeden!!!
