This charming little house is located in a very desired area of Sóller, since it has the morning sun and is only 5 minutes walking from the main square.The property is located on a dead end street in a quiet area called Cas Panarers. We recommend getting on foot since the access is very narrow and the entrance by car is not advisable. At about 5 minutes walking from the house you can find a parking space.
The house has 90m2 and are distributed over two floors. On the ground floor there is a charming entrance converted into a living room with fireplace and a toilet. After some stairs is the kitchen and the cellars are converted in a siting room / TV room. The two bedrooms are located on the first floor, with a bathroom (en suite). The house has cold / hot air conditioning.
In front of the house, just by crossing the neighborhood road, we find the laundry and also there is a magnificent garden, where you can sunbathe and dine during the summer nights. The property is located on a street with no direct traffic. A perfect place to enjoy a quiet holiday without being too far from the city center.

Great New Year break

This is the second time we've stayed in this accommodation for New Year in Soller. The house is really equipped and in a great location, near to the centre but still very peaceful.When we arrived the pelllet stove was on so depsite the time of year it felt really cosy and welcoming. The little garden across the way is lovely, overlooking the water, and I would imagine that during the warmer months this would be a great place to relax in. We really enjoyed our stay, and it was a great way to see in the New Year

Charming Quiet and Characterful

The property is fantastic! It is very well equipped and a great location - not too far from the main part of Soller but very quiet. It is very stylish and we really enjoyed using the garden. The only one small negative was the garden furniture which was a little uncomfortable. I would most certainly return!

We loved our stay in this charming town house far enough out of the bustling centre of Sóller to feel real. The house was well equipped. The little garden a bonus but more comfortable garden furniture would have been appreciated.

Quaint house in lovely area of Soller

A slightly quirky house in a quiet area of Soller within easy reach of the centre of town. For older people the stairs may prove a bit tricky. The outside area is a nice area to eat outside.

Home from home!

A tastefully decorated, comfortable property. A few quirks but they added to the charm.We had an issue with the front door but once we had highlighted this , it was sorted before we returned back after our walk in the beautiful valley. A really lovely location. Peaceful yet a stones throw from the town cantre. We hope to return.

Cozy house in a beautiful rural setting with fabulous views .

Lovingly restored rural property, stylish and modern but retains many original features. Very well equipped and comfortable dining kitchen for when it’s too chilly to sit outside. Very well maintained outdoor space with fabulous views towards the mountains. Would highly recommend.

Everything you could need for a trip abroad!

We very much enjoyed our time at this property in Soller. Beautiful house in a beautiful location of Mallorca. The property was super clean and had a high level of intention to detail. It had everything you could need for a week or more vacation. Check in was straight forward and communication was perfectly clear. We would definitely recommend staying in this holiday home...

Idyllic little casa amongst the locals, animals and orange and lemon trees!

What a beautiful little house this is. Every morning hearing the ducks in the stream at the bottom of my garden. Which was an old wash house and the neighbours still did their washing in it! The lovely smells and my interesting neighbours. I really didn’t want to leave. I miss saying Hola to the chickens and talking to Missy, Bianca and Tampo the local well looked after cats! Hearing the frogs croak loudly in the evening too! The house was really well equipped! My favourite pieces of equipment my orange juicer and my nespresso machine. And the gorgeous Smeg fridge! Ha! Ha! I was there on my own for the first ten days and it was idyllic. Eating lunch in the garden, watering the plants and picking my own oranges. I was out every day on adventures and loved being in this house it was so beautiful. I was proud to invite guests back as it’s such a charming garden. It’s a typical Majorcan house with uneven steps upstairs and on various levels but it wasn’t a problem. I had direct contact with the agency and nothing was too much trouble. In fact I struck up quite a little friendship with Virginia and Xisca! Always happy to help. I had the best holiday ever here it was perfect in every way. I’ll never forget my time here and I would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Cosy little house, perfect for 2

Cosy little house in an excellent location. This house is perfect for two and has all the amenities anyone could possibly need. The garden is lovely too and had afternoon sun even in December. The only thing I would quibble with is the description of the garden having fantastic views. It would do but the bamboo in the stream has grown so big it blocks all views. This doesn't detract particularly and we enjoyed lunch in the garden. We know Soller well so could easily find the house but it might be a bit more difficult for a first timer. Parking nearby is tricky though which, again, we knows, but if you don't know your way around you'd be best off not having a car, you don't need one anyway.

Sunny stay in Soller

The property was immaculately decorated, clean , spacious and very well equipped. My disappointment was the garden area was across the street and as such was not convenient for carrying food and drink to enjoy outdoors. There are no views to enjoy from this property. The street was quiet and in close proximity to Town. We found dog excrement to be a nuisance immediately outside the property and also along the route to the main road. It would have been helpful if the host had left maps, guides and suggestions for the local area. Although we enjoyed our stay I will not book a return trip to this property next year when I visit Soller again.

Great Holiday

Loved the house, apart from the TV room. Loved the neighbourhood. While the garden was very pleasant, found it difficult to use because of the mosquitos. The property manager couldn't have been more helpful. Would thoroughly recommend this property for a couple looking for a hiking holiday in Soller.

great location for walking

We had a lovely two weeks in this charming house. It was more spacious than I expected from the photographs with plenty of storage space. The bed is comfy and the shower is powerful. The kitchen was well equipped, possibly the first time I've stayed in a rental with decent kitchen knives. The area is very quiet but only a short walk from the centre of town with plenty of shops, restaurants and bars. We enjoyed not having a car. The location doesn't need one. There are lots of great walks that can be done from the house and we took the bus to enjoy a few longer, one way walks. A truly great holiday in a peaceful house.

wonderful short stay in Soller

This is a charming secluded small traditional Mallorcan townhouse in a beautiful setting. We would definitely recommend it and can’t wait for a return visit.

Fantastiskt hus och läge

Perfekt hus som ligger i ett lugnt område nära landet med ca 5 min promenad till shopping och resturanger. Mysigt med trädgården som hör till huset där vi kunde koppla av och njuta av utsikt och natur. Huset är precis så fint som det ser ut på bilderna. Bor gärna här igen vid nästa besök i Soller

Nice house in the center of Sóller

We had a wonderful time at the house in Sóller and didn’t miss a thing. The amenities are excellent, and thanks to the pellet stove, it was always comfortably warm. The beds are outstanding—we slept exceptionally well. We loved being so close to the center while still having our own peaceful retreat. The beautifully landscaped garden was another highlight. It couldn’t have been better! We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to

Schönes Ferienhaus in Sóller

Wir sind allgemein sehr zufrieden mit dem Haus. Super Lage: sehr ruhiges und schönes Viertel, sehr nah ans Zentrum von Sóller, aber auch fast direkt an sehr schönen Wanderungsrouten.Das Haus ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet, insbesondere hat mir die Küche gefallen - da findet man wirklich alles nötige.Für die Heizung im Winter ist auch gesorgt - ich habe das Pellet-Ofen im Erdgeschoss zwar nicht ausprobiert, da ich die Bedienunganleitung nicht gefunden habe, es gab aber auch tragbare Heizer sowie eine Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer.Die einzige Anmerkung ist, dass das Haus bei der Erstanreise nicht so einfach zu finden ist. Ich habe von dem Vermieter zwar eine bebilderte Wegbeschreibung erhalten, da wir allerdings in der Dunkelheit angekommen sind, hat fast alles etwas anders ausgesehen. Letzten Endes haben wir es aber geschafft, GPS-Koordinaten oder ein Screenshot aus Apple Maps (auf Google Maps scheint die Gasse gar nicht abgebildet zu sein) hätte aber geholfen. Und wichtig ist auch, dass das Haus nicht direkt mit dem Auto erreicht werden kann - die Gasse ist dafür zu schmal. Wir haben aber keine Probleme gehabt, Parkplätze in der Nähe zu finden.

Wunderbarer Ort

Wonderful stay

We really enjoyed it, the house was in a quite nighbourhood, really clean, neat and had a nice garden which we could enjoy. Also the interior design looks really nice and cosy. Parking around could be a little challenge, but from the house you are in the citycenter within minutes.

Petite maison typique près du centre de Soller

Petite maison typique, sur plusieurs niveaux, dans un environnement charmant, bien décorée, bien équipée et très propre. Accès rapide à pied au centre de Soller. Pas adaptée aux personnes à mobilité réduite et aux jeunes enfants. Pas de vue imprenable mais un petit jardin charmant non attenant à la maison (juste en face séparé par une mini ruelle). Difficultés à se garer, comme dans de nombreux villages.

Our Time in Soller

We loved our stay in Soller. The home is a bit off the beaten track, located on a beautiful street bursting with flowers and citrus trees. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to go in town. The house was comfortable, had everything we needed, and we loved its decor. Soller is friendly and vibrant. It was the perfect home for a cycling adventure. We hope to have the opportunity to return.
