Très bien pour deux personnes

Gîte agréable pour deux personnes et très bien situé tant pour la vue que pour les promenades autour de Liausson. Très bien accueilli par Martine.

Großartige Aussicht

Wir hatten zwei sehr schöne und erholsame Wochen in Martines Ferienhaus in Liausson. Von der Terasse des Ferienhauses hat man einen sehr schönen Blick über den See, der zu Fuß in ca. 10-15 Minuten zu erreichen ist. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und alles funktionierte einwandfrei. Der Ort ist pittoresk. Vom Haus aus kann man tolle Wanderungen auf den Mont de Liausson, zum Cirque des Mourreze und am See entlang unternehmen. Die Kommunikation mit Martine und die Schlüsselübergabe waren problemlos und sehr freundlich.

Gîte avec vue imprenable sur le lac. Tout équipé. Le logement était propre et Martine (l'hôte) m'a reçu avec beaucoup de gentillesse et d'explications concernant le gîte et son environnement. Nous reviendrons obligatoirement si Martine veut bien nous accueillir à nouveau. Merci Martine Franck

Belle semaine dans ce bel endroit ! Petit gîte parfait pour 4 voir 5 personnes avec vue (la plus belle) sur le lac du Salagou. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir, merci Martine !

Traumhafte Lage!

Das Haus liegt auf einem Hügel an traumhafter Lage mit Sicht auf den See (best view ever!) Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, im Obergeschoss gibt es eine Klimaanlage. Im Inserat wurde WLAN angepriesen, dies war aber nicht vorhanden (somit ein Stern Abzug) Sehr schönes Haus, in dem wir zwei tolle Wochen verbracht haben.

Prachtig uitzicht, maar wel wat minpuntjes

De plek en het uitzicht waren fantastisch, en het huisje schoon en leuk ingericht. Minpuntjes: (1). de kleine 'slaapkamer' beneden (niet op de foto) was een raar hol waar alleen een bed in paste; (2) er waren nauwelijks bruikbare pannen en schalen voor 2 personen, maar wel veel grote en deksels die nergens bij pasten; (3) onder het terras werd een nieuw huis gebouwd, dat voor veel overlast zorgde.

Vue de rêve.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille, le logement est conforme à la description, l'hôte est très aimable et a été de bon conseil. La vue est magnifique !!! Je recommande.

Top Aussicht über den See

Die Wohnung hat eine 1a Lage mit direkten Blick auf dem See zudem ist es dort extrem diskret und ruhig, was uns alles sehr wichtig ist. Die Wohnung ist typisch für die Region und ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht um sich selbst zu versorgen. Das einzige was wir kritisieren müssen ist die Heizung. Da wir in der nebensaison bzw Herbst dort waren und das mit Baby. Somit brauchen wir circa 22-24Grad Raumtemperatur. Es stand im Bad ein kleiner e-Heizer und im Wohnzimmer ein 2kw e-Heizer(zu klein) und oben im Schlafzimmer war eine Klimaanlage die auch heizen konnte. Oben war es kein Problem den Raum warm zu bekommen. Aber warme Luft steigt nach oben. Somit war unten immer recht frisch. Circa 20 bis Max 22 grad und ein recht feuchtes Raumklima. Da keine Dämmung vorhanden war. Es hat eben nur Steinmauern aus Natursteine. Von daher würde es schon Sinn machen dort mal wieder was in eine vernünftige Heizung zu investieren. Im Sommer ist das sicher super und schön kühl. Aber für die nebensaison nicht optimal, daher den Stern Abzug. Ansonsten würden wir wieder dort hinfahren, aber nur noch in der warmen Jahreszeit.
