Cwm Yr Afon Mawr is a semi-detached cottage located on the outskirts of Llanbedr, Wales. It has three bedrooms; one double with en-suite shower room, one double and one twin, with a separate family bathroom, and a ground floor cloakroom with basin and WC. Downstairs has an open-plan kitchen and dining area, as well as a living room. Outside has a front lawned garden and patio area with furniture. There is off-road parking available for several cars. Cwm Yr Afon Mawr is the ultimate remote property for exploring Wales. Note: One well-behaved dog welcome.
Amenities: Oil heating and woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer dishwasher, washing machine, TV and WiFi (upto 50mb). Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and High chair on request. Off-road parking for several cars. Front enclosed lawned garden and patio area with furniture. One well-behaved dog is welcome - a £20.00 fee per booking will be charged on arrival. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 3.5 miles. Note: One of the double bedrooms has a small doorway, so guests may have to duck upon entering. Note: The owner will consider a second pet upon request.
