Η Βίλα Κελαΐδης είναι μια διώροφη βίλα αποτελούμενη από δύο ξεχωριστά διαμερίσματα. Κάθε διαμέρισμα έχει ένα ευρύχωρο καθιστικό με τραπεζαρία και κουζίνα, με εκπληκτική θέα στη θάλασσα ακόμα και από το εσωτερικό. Η κουζίνα είναι μικρή αλλά πλήρως εξοπλισμένη με ψυγείο-καταψύκτη, κουζίνα πλήρους μεγέθους με εστίες μαγειρέματος και απαραίτητα σκεύη. Σε κάθε διαμέρισμα υπάρχουν δύο υπνοδωμάτια και ένα ευρύχωρο μπάνιο. Όλα τα υπνοδωμάτια είναι κλιματιζόμενα και έχουν πρόσβαση σε μπαλκόνια ή βεράντες. Η ιδιωτική πισίνα και η γύρω περιοχή απολαμβάνουν ιδιωτικότητα και εκπληκτική θέα στον κόλπο της Σούδας και τα βουνά.
