A villa with a view.

The villa is spacious and well equipped for a family holiday. It's situated up quite a steep hill from the lakeside village close to the woods and ski lift in a small neighborhood of similar houses. We had a few issues with some things which the caretaker was largely able to take care of. Staying as a family of 9 adults was not ideal in the sleeping arrangements and we would not recommend the bunkbeds for adults, even though the caretaker fixed the stability of it. The living area downstairs was great for everyone to relax in and 2 bathrooms with washing/drying facilities ideal. The garden area is quite small with no room for any outside game activity with quite a sheer drop at the back. Lovely view of the lake from the back of the house. (The photos on this site are from 2 different houses. We stayed in the one without snow. The in and out check times are also not accurate, according to the caretaker is 3pm and 10 am)

tolles Haus und schöne Umgebung

Wir waren zum Skiurlaub hier. Das Haus war groß, sauber und geräumig. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermietung schnell und verständlich. Der Mitarbeiter vor Ort war freundlich und unkompliziert. Winziger Kritikpunkt: Es wurde Bettwäsche gestellt, jedoch keine Handtücher. Das hat uns ein wenig überrascht, weil wir es nicht so explizit gelesen hatten. Die Umgebung ist schön und das Skigebiet absolut gut geeignet für Anfänger. Trotz relativ hoher Temperaturen waren die Pisten in gutem Zustand. Leider war der Skilift, den wir direkt hinter dem Haus hatten nur am Wochenende im Betrieb. Das hieß ca. 6 Minuten Autofahrt statt direkt aus der Unterkunft auf die Piste. Die Umgebung

Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier richtig.

Für den Skiurlaub ideal. Wir waren allerdings Ende September hier. Das Haus hatte alles, was man benötigt. Man hat schnell alles gesehen und auch erwandert in der näheren Umgebung. RRi

Schönes großes Haus in guter Lage

Unser Aufenthalt 14 Tage im Juli 2024 in diesem Haus war sehr schön. Wir waren zu siebt (2 Familien – 4 Erw. + 3 Kinder 8-10 Jahre). Für uns war es perfekt. Wir hatten ausreichend Platz am Esstisch, die Schlafplätze waren für uns gut verteilbar (1. SZ OG mit 1 Doppelbett und 1 Einzelbett sowie Balkonzugang; 2. SZ OG mit 1 Doppelbett und 1 Babybett sowie Balkonzugang, 3. SZ OG mit 3 Einzelbetten, 4. SZ EG mit 1 Etagenbett), das obere Bad ist mit Wanne, Waschmaschine und Trockner ausgestattet, das untere Bad mit Dusche und Toilette, im OG gab es außerdem eine separate Toilette. Das Haus steht in einer kleinen Siedlung und hat etwas Gartenfläche sowie eine Terasse, wo man wunderbar grillen und chillen kann. Außerdem ist es sehr schön gelegen, quasi über den Dächern von Lipno, d.h. es liegt auf dem Berg. Für uns nur ein kleines Manko, wenn es darum ging an den See zu gehen. Der ist nur etwa 800 m entfernt, also gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Allerdings möchte niemand den ganzen Badezubehör der Kinder usw. nach einem Badetag den Berg wieder hinauf schleppen, d.h. wir sind dann mit dem Auto "ins Tal" gefahren ;-) aber auch das war völlig in Ordnung. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub und wir empfehlen es weiter.

Zu Empfehlen

Weg zum Lift war kurz. Zum einkaufen und zur Nachtpiste muss man Auto losfahren. Der Anstieg zum Haus ist beschwerlich. Straße ist schlecht und vorm Haus sind Bauarbeiten. Im Sommer hätte mich das sehr gestört.

Super Haus in Toller Lage👌

Meine Freunde und ich verbrachten, in diesem Haus unser Silvester, wir voll und ganz zufrieden mit dem Haus.👍Die Lage war super direkt am Skihang auch wenn das Wetter nicht so mit gespielt hat, hatten wir genug Spaß an der Sommerrodelbahn! In die Stadt war es auch nicht weit, wo der See und einige Restaurants einluden. Das Haus war sauber, hatte genug Platz für uns 8 Erwachsene und hatte einen schönen Blick auf den See. Die Kommunikation mit dem Parkbetreiber war problemlos und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir kommen gern mal wieder 👍

Geräumiges Haus

Haus liegt unweit des Skihangs. Sehr nette Kommunikation von der Besitzerin und des Verwalters. Zweckmäßige und schöne Einrichtung. Wir haben uns auch im Ort Lipon sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr gutes Haus über Lipno

Das Haus liegt weit oben. Man Könnte es für anstrengend halten. Allerdings gibt es in weniger als 100 Meter einen eigenen kleinen Ski-Lift. Besser geht es nicht, allerdings sollte man schonmal Ski gefahren sein, es sind einfache, aber nicht die einfachsten Abfahrten notwendig um alle Pisten zu erreichen, aber es ist kein Hexenwerk. Das Haus ist sauber, warm, geräumig und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist prima. Es ist eine klare Empfehlung! ….Schönen Urlaub! Stephan & Co

Schönes großes Haus für die ganze Familie

Das Haus war für uns (2 Erwachsene, 5 Kinder von 0-13 Jahre) perfekt geeignet! Sauber, ordentlich, viel Platz, schöner Ausblick und ein sehr netter Hausverwalter!
