Villa Roca Verde is a spectacular designer holiday home in Mallorca, situated in Puigpunyent, a charming village that sits on the slopes of the Tramuntana Mountains, a UNESCO world heritage site. The picturesque surroundings are covered with a mixture of pine and oak woodland, as well as smaller groves of almond and olive trees.

Villa Roca Verde perfectly combines Mallorquin's laid-back style with a Scandinavian influence. The villa is spaciously laid out to include a large open-plan living room with a separate lounge area and a stunning designer fireplace. The stylish dining room is adjacent to a fully equipped modern kitchen with views of the manicured garden. Villa Roca Verde offers four lovely spacious and bright bedrooms; three of them with queen size beds and the fourth bedroom offers two comfortable bunk beds. There are two full bathrooms: the first one is en-suite, and has a bathtub, shower, and double sink vanity; the second bathroom has a bathtub, shower, and double sink vanity as well. Also, there is a separate toilet.

Among other amenities, the villa offers A/C in the living room as well as individual units in each bedroom. Ceiling fans are provided in the bedrooms. The new kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and all the cooking utensils and tableware one could dream of. Also, there is a washing machine and clothes dryer, bed linens, towels, etc. And of course, a huge panoramic high-definition smart TV and WiFi connection, to keep you entertained and connected while you unplug and relax in peace.

You will definitely enjoy the private swimming pool of approx. 8x6m together with lovely terraces providing abundant seating areas and an outdoor dining area equipped with an external kitchen and BBQ. A fantastic place to relax with a cold drink and enjoy the tropical garden, citric trees, and mountain views.

The charming Puigpunyent village is only two minute's walk from the Villa, allowing for a leisurely stroll to tasting the wine from the local vineyards and the cuisine from a variety of authentic neighborhood restaurants. Also nearby, you will find spectacular local hiking and bike trails, as well as tennis courts and leisure facilities. In the short driving distance, you will find the best attractions on the island (beach, mountains, and historic Palma).
