Rose Cottage is a charming three-storey period terraced house in the very heart of Dartmouth, nestled behind the harbour and by the historic St Saviours Church. The cottage encapsulates the characterful individuality reflected in the charming buildings in this ancient yet vibrant town. Inside, modern, thoughtful décor and fittings make for the perfect romantic getaway for couples or a fun and easy holiday with friends and family – and room for a small dog, too. A parking permit is supplied for the nearby car park.

The front door of this beautiful little cottage opens into a modern open-plan, combined kitchen/dining and living room area with oak flooring and worktops, which are complemented with large, comfortable lounge seating and bar dining.
The very well-equipped kitchen is complete with a large Belfast sink, solid wood worktops, a single oven, induction hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and a Nespresso coffee machine (capsules aren't provided).
The living space includes a large sofa and a smaller two-seat sofa along with a cushioned window seat, and a smart TV with included NOW TV premium movies and entertainment channels.
Upstairs there are two large bedrooms, one of which is en-suite.
Bedroom one on the first floor is a large bedroom with a ' zip-and-link superking-size bed which can be divided into two full-size single beds on request at the time of booking. This versatility makes Rose Cottage perfect for a family or groups of friends. The large bay windows of this bedroom overlook St Saviours Church and down to the main High Street. There's also a built-in wardrobe, seating and a smart TV.
Bathroom one on the first floor has been recently renovated. There's a large sink and touch-sensitive light for the mirror, a bath with shower over, and a heated towel rail.
Bedroom two on the second floor has a king-size bed, dressing table, smart TV and plenty of wardrobe space. The clothes airer, iron and ironing board are here, too. Once again, this bedroom has large, sunlit windows overlooking Dartmouth's historic St Saviour's church.
Bathroom two is part of the top-floor bedroom and has a large walk-in shower with an overhead shower and a separtae handheld shower head. There's also a large basin and heated towel rail.
There's central heating throughout the cottage. Please note, though, that the log burner is for decorative purposes only.
Parking:
A parking permit is provided is for the Mayors Avenue Car Park, which is just a two-minute walk away. The permit does not guarantee a parking space, and it can get very busy during the summer and special events, such as the Royal Regatta week (during which the car park is closed).
