Totally new equipped kitchen. A pretty clear bedroom, on the 2° floor, offers a large bed for 2 people. Wardrobes and cupboards. One bathroom with WC and one shower room and 1 WC independent. Apartment on the 3rd floor without LIFT and duplex.

Perfect for anyone

Could see right across the beach and all the way to old town from the balcony. Described and pictured perfectly. Fab at check-in considering our flight was delayed 3hrs. Easy to contact owner with any questions etc and was very approachable. Price fantastic for the area and the beautuful comfortable appartment.

Cycling Trip to Nice

Ideal location and apartment for our group of four on a cycling holiday. The underground garage was very secure and ideal to keep our bikes safe. Easy access on the cycle paths and so close to the beach to cool off after a day on the bike. Tram stop just outside makes for efficient transport to the airport and city centre. Check in and out was so efficient and the apartment very well looked after.

Great stay in a lovely location.

The Tram from the airport stops right outside the back of the property and is perfect for getting to the Old Town and other locations. Cheap and easy to use! The apartment is on the top floor though the stairs are not steep and manageable. There were 5 of us (2 adults) 3 boys aged 7-11. The apartment is a good size and was perfect for what we needed. The upstairs bedroom does have supporting beams and is fine if you're under 5'8 but you may need to duck every now and then if taller! Very clean, all appliances, dishwasher, washing machine, cutlery and towels not forgetting the Air Con! Beach straight across the road. We were greeted on arrival and Jean-Pierre came for our early 7am check out and helped us with luggage too (thank you). Sunrise over the mountains in the mornings is amazing! Great stay and would visit again. Many thanks, Mark

Fabulous!

Really lovely apartment with all the essentials you need and very clean. The view from the balcony is delightful. Situated at the Carras team stop so perfect for getting around.

Comfortable apartment very close to the beach

Perfect location just a stones throw away from the only one sandy part of the gorgeous beach of Nice. We were a party of 4 adults and 2 young children. The apartment is spacious with a separate living quarters downstairs and fully equipped with pretty much everything you need for a beach holiday. Good value for money. Friendly owner, we would happily return to this place.

Vacanze a Nizza

Abbiamo passato una splendida settimana nell'appartamento di Pierre. La casa è fornita di tutto ciò che serve per un gradevole soggiorno. L'accoglienza è stata calorosa e ci siamo sentiti subito a nostro agio. La piccola fornitura di cose necessarie per la cucina o il bagno, non ti obbligano a correre subito a fare rifornimenti. Ci sono a disposizione molte guide e consigli sui ristoranti. Sicuramente consiglio questo appartamento. Bravo Pierre.

All perfect, We shall return

I needed to get away to focus on some work and decided to take a week down here in this fantastic apartment where I could sit on the balcony with the coffee pot on and beaver away on my laptop - all with a sea view - Awesome ! The apartment was very clean, had everything it said and that I needed, was even better in the flesh and the owner and local manager were a pleasure to deal with. I have to say it is fantastic value and in my opinion a unique and spacious treasure in a first class location.

Perfectly located flat in Nice!

We were looking for a flat in Nice since we wanted to get back in this really nice town after many years. This perfectly located flat fascinated us with nice photos at the Homeaway website and we can truly admit that the reality was even better. It was so nice to have breakfast at own balcony with a view like that. Our children will remember that always! Everything is close here: shopping, eating, beach, running along the beach, and even a smoothly running garage. Finally, Pierre was so helpful in every turn, so that we can warmly recommend this flat for everybody who wants to enjoy a holiday in Nice!

WHAT A WONDERFULL PLACE !!!!!!

We stayed at the flat for five nights. Everything in the apartment itself was even better than we expected: the entire place was very well maintained and clean, the kitchen was well-stocked with everything you could need (including, blessedly, a washing machine!), the beds and the sofa bed were very comfortable and the bathrooms were perfect. We especially liked how much sunlight came into the living room and bedroom, and loved sitting out on the terrace. We also appreciated the WI-FI internet connection. We also enjoyed the location. It's very easy to stop at one of the supermarkets or small stores and pick up anything you need after a day of sightseeing. There is a bus that comes from center town and stops right outside the building.

We love this little house!!

We were very pleased with this well situated, well equipped and comfortable apartment which is close to several supermarkets and the beach. Private garage is right in front of the house. It is also very close to beautiful towns and villages which for a photographer like me has thousands of picture opportunities. In our 1 week stay I visited Saint Paul de Vence 2 times in different lighting conditions. Even when the weather was hot it was possible to keep cool because the layout of the doors allows air to flow through very freely when both are open. The owner sends very detailed instructions and guidance after booking and in the house itself is a wealth of information on the area. We really enjoyed our stay and it was a pleasure renting from such a nice place.

Wonderful house in a beautiful setting

We stayed 8 friends in this beautyful house and are extremely happy with our choice of vacation accomodation! The house is in perfect condition and equipped with everything you need and want. The balcony is just marvelous with stunning views over the Nice bay. You just never want to leave it! Also the location is fantastic with walking distance to beaches, restaurants, shops, bus and supermarket. We've already recommended it to friends and family and would very much encourage everyone to enjoy a loveley vacation in this wonderful house!

Great apartment facing the sea

We had a wonderful stay for one week. Who couldn't enjoy the lovely and interesting town of Nice and that beautiful stretch of coast?! To top it off the apartment was so comfortable and had everything we could need. It was immaculate, spacious and with the most incredible views from the living area and bedroom. So lovely to sit on the balcony enjoying it. We appreciated the new, double-glazed windows and balcony doors, fast wi-fi with its range extender and great TV. The main bedroom is so nice and quiet. We enjoyed the atmosphere of being on the seafront and never far to walk to the endless selection of great restaurants and along the beach. We must mention also that Pierre is so nice and couldn't be more helpful.

Clean and amazing location

My husband, 18 year old daughter and I stayed for seven nights at this wonderful apartment right next to the beach in Nice. The apartment was very clean and well furnished. It has windows on three sides of the apartment for great ventilation. There was plenty of room for the three of us. The location was excellent: very safe and close to everything you could need, bike paths, public transportation, local restaurants and shopping as well as being just a few blocks from Carrefour supermarket. We had a wonderful vacation. I would definitely stay here again. The owner is very nice and helpful about where to eat and other logistics.

Better than expected !!

I have been to Nice a few times in the past and have always enjoyed the city, but the appartments not so much ... A few bad experiences, and then I found this appartment ! Where can I start :-) ?! The location is the best, not only did I just have a 1 minute walk down the beach but I also had the pleasure to wake up in an appartment where i could just go onto the balcony and drink my coffee ( or chardonay depending on the hour ;) ) in front of the beautiful "Baie des Anges". The bus station is easy to use and next to the apartment. And the design of the place is just modern and has everything you need for a great stay. Pierre was a great help throughout our whole stay, very easy to reach out to. I strongly recommend this apartment.

BEAUTIFUL VIEWS AND GREAT SUNSHINE!!!

There are beautiful views towards the sea from both the balcony and the attic bedroom. It was great to sit out on the balcony and enjoy our pain au chocolats which we bought fresh every morning from the boulangerie downstairs. There is no need to hire a car as the bus is only €1.50 wherever you go so we were able to go to Monaco and Cannes very cheaply. If you also have children I would recommend Aquasplash and Marineland for great days out. The weather was perfect every day and because we bought a 7 day bus pass we were able to hop on the bus down towards the centre of Nice which is very busy at night-time with restaurants and entertainment. If you want to get the bus back make sure you check the timetable as they do finish fairly early before 9.00 pm. The market is Cours Saleya is good especially the fruit/flower market and every evening except Monday there are art/craft stalls in the same area during the summer. The shops around Cours Saleya are also good to have a look round. We really enjoyed our stay in Nice.

Perfect holidays with wonderfull seafront !!

We are a family of 7 and enjoyed a 5 days stay in this great apartment in Nice. The apartment is spacious, clean and well appointed. The views to Nice waterfront from the living room & balcony are great and the apartment is very well located to the main sightseeing spots & several supermarkets & restaurants. Pierre is lovely & very helpful & organised everything for a seamless check-in & stay. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Nice & will recommend the apartment to all our family & friends thinking of traveling to France.

What a Nice life !!!!!

Pierre met us at the airport and this was the start of a very nice week in Nice. The flat with view over the morning sun with perfect facilities for preparing breakfast and all other meals is wonderfull. The location close to a sometimes jammed street did not disturb as it seemed that the windows filtrated what we not liked to hear. Bakery and butcher just outside the entrance made that part of life easy those days we did not join some of all the restaurants nearby. We can recommend this to anyone without hesitation.

Sunshine in Nice

This apartment is "one out of the box" and we have already been recommending it to friends thinking of making the long trip to Europe for a holiday. If you are looking for a holiday experience outside the tourist meccas, Nice is worth considering. It is well placed as a central point for day trips [a car is essential for flexible excursions to the many points of interest, though the 1 Euro bus service is great value for local trips. The apartment is also ideal for lazy days as it is so spacious and comfortable. It is far more than just a place to sleep as being in the centre of a very commercial corner and it has all you need within a few yards downstairs - good coffee, seafood restaurants, convenience store, supermarket, frock shop etc etc. As a working fishing port the fish is fresh and if cooking in making use of the excellent kitchen is your choice just landed fish is available most mornings on the habourside just along the road. There is also a comprehensive fish market at the far end of the town. Of course for breakfast the fresh croisants are also available downstairs. Hint - avoid pizzas - the local chefs may do marvelous things with fish! The area is a mecca for those interested in early 20th century modern art with reproductions of famous works positioned at the spot where they were painted. Nice, Cannes, Monaco, Antibes [where there is a fabulous museum with the largest Picasso I have seen] are all worth a visit. The infos provided by Pierre also give good ideas on possible excursions but it is worth while doing some homework on the fascinating history and politics of the area to get the most from your time here We spent 2 weeks with another couple and could have easily stayed longer. The webpage on this site for this apartment is exceptional - accurate and informative in so many ways. The apartment---- I would be happy to live there permanently, it is so comfortable and well placed with beautiful view over the seafront!!! The owner is great, very friendly and helpful, obviously keen to make your holiday experience the best he can. As mentioned above we have been recommending [raving about] this property to our friends and would love to be able to return one day.

Family of 7's first visit to Nice

We stayed there for four nights in january 2013 for a family of four adults and three kids. There was plenty of room for all of us in order to spread out. The apartment is ideally located. Easy access to the bus, great view of the seafront. The apartment is comfortable and we found everything we needed for a pleasant stay. We would love to stay here again. We've rented several times and found that this place was the most memorable.

Fabulous place to stay

It was lovely to return to this delightful apartment, our third time now. As always, Pierre had thought of everything to insure a really enjoyable holiday. This is by far the best self catering accomodation we have ever had. The situation is perfect, everything you could need within walking distance and a superb view of the port and hills beyond. There is so much to see and do in the area, walking, swimming, wine tasting, sight seeing. It is so close to Italy, the costal road is highly recommended. As always the holiday is never long enough and we are always sorry to leave this beautiful spot and this excellent apartment.

Lovely Apartment

Very high Quality apart on an incredible seafront

We spent a very good week in this apartment. Equipped with *everything* you could need for a self-catering holiday and just in front of the beach. A supermarket "Carrefour" nearby, with a lot of stores! The view is fantastic, with the azure-blue of sea and sky. The garage is very usefull!

Breathtaking view and so much to do in Nice

We spent a delightful week in Nice. The apartment provided a comfortable home for my husband and I. The location and views are outstanding. The apartment was clean and well appointed, with everything in working order. Pierre was prompt with his e-mail replies and the contact person was reliable, well informed and most helpful. Very pleasant stay at all points of view

The view of the coast line is fantastic. We enjoyed spending time sitting on the balcony in the fantastic sunshine. The apartment is well equipped and really comfortable. It is air conditioned and windows closed is very quiet. The equipment and the surface is entirely appropriate for a family. The buses were great and for only 1euro we went to Cannes and Monaco which we really enjoyed. Mr Pierre was really helpful. It was a great place to stay and we would definitely go their again.
