Fisherman’s Cottage Built in the late 1800s from stone acquired from the nearby Fistral beach, Fisherman’s Cottage is a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom, self-catering cottage sleeping upto 8, set in one of Newquay’s prime positions, situated just a five-minute walk from the famous surf spot and only a three-minute walk to Newquay harbour and the town centre.
Fistral beach offers surfing, a cafe, shops, a restaurant and a lovely day out for the family on its sandy shores.
For those interested in golf, the course greens lie behind the cottage and overlooking the stunning Fistral beach.
Parking for Fishermans is at the rear of the property.
On arrival access is via the front door where you pick up the keys.
During your stay when you pick up the keys you will then be able to use the rear entrance and unpack your car.
On the ground floor you will enter the 1st lounge set up with comfortable sofas and smart TV. The large bay window lets in lots of light and you will be able to watch people up and down the street on their way to Fistral Beach or town both on the doorstep.
Still on the ground floor you will enter a 2nd lounge which can be used as a second room for a bit of piece from the kids or as a bedroom with the sofa bed.
The kitchen is modern and has both WM and Dishwasher. At the end of the kitchen is a dining area. This area leads to the rear of the property.

the 7th and 8th person have use of the sofa bed downstairs in the 2nd lounge recommended for one adult or two small children.
On the same floor there are two bathrooms both with showers (no baths)
At the rear of the property is a small back garden which is decked and fenced in. At the back of the garden through a gate is the parking area.
The parking area is located down a dirt road.
