Our apartment is on the first floor of a bright and welcoming villa, in the heart of Cala Gonone, just 50 meters from the beaches and the sea (1 MINUTE ON FOOT). Surrounded by a large and fresh fenced courtyard (with a barbecue) where you can PARK YOUR CAR or MOTORCYCLE, the apartment is composed of: 2 bedrooms, one large with a double bed and a small one with an open bunk bed, n ° 1 bathroom with shower, n ° 1 kitchen with double sofa bed, n ° 1 GREAT VERANDA, where you can spend relaxing moments.
Inside the apartment you will find: WI-FI internet connection, flat screen TV, washing machine, oven, 4-burner stove, fridge and freezer, iron with ironing board, drying rack, all the accessories needed for cooking (ex. pots, dishes, cutlery, etc.), bed linen and towels (sheets and towels).
From the apartment you will be able to easily reach all the services, a few meters from us there are supermarkets (2 minutes walk), tobacco (3 minutes walk) bar (5 minutes walk) restaurants (3 minutes walk), pharmacy, church, as well as numerous shops and colorful stalls that you can visit during an evening walk.
Finally, we will be able to help you organize tours and excursions along the territory, both at sea and in the mountains such as: mini cruises in the gulf, boat rental, dinners or typical lunches with the shepherd, excursions on the farm, etc).

Posizione perfetta e casa molto pulita. Antonio è stato molto disponibile nei giorni antecedenti alla nostra partenza ed è venuto incontro alle nostre richieste. Appartamento super consigliato!!

Bon emplacement, mais annonce inexacte.

le logement est tres bien situé dans la petite station balnéaire de Cala Gonone. Une place de parking est mise à disposition. Cependant l’annonce ne mentionne pas que la maison où il se trouve est partagée en 5 ou 6 logements. Nous ne disposions que d’un petit bout de terrasse. Le 1er étage, est partagé avec d’autres vacanciers. Trop petit pour 5 adultes. Impossible de cuisiner sur place par manque d’équipement et de place. Le logement est beaucoup plus petit que les 70 mètres carrés. Il y a eu uneerteur dans la description des équipements.(pas de barbecue ou de spa comme indiqué dans l’annonce).partagé

Schöner Ort

Cala Gonone ist ein schöner Ort und bietet viele Möglichkeiten. Das Highlight ist, dass man sich für einen Tag ein Boot mietet oder mit einem größeren Schiff an der Küste wunderschöne Strände besuchen kann, welche mit dem Auto unerreichbar sind. António ist einer sehr freundlicher Vermieter, welcher während der Hauptsaison direkt vor Ort wohnt und immer für Fragen und Tipps zur Verfügung stand. Wir haben den Urlaub mit unserer Familie sehr genossen.

Visite canyon gorropu et trekking cala fuili cala luna

Très bon emplacement pour la visite du canyon de gorropu et le trekking de cala fuili à cala Luna est bien indiqué 6km Seul bémol c’est que le site nous a pas précisé qu’il aurait 60 euros de ménage On le voit que après avoir payé et en cherchant bien car c’est le propriétaire de la location qui me l’a montré et même lui a eu du mal à retrouver cette information sur le site.l’appartement était vraiment très propre

Die Unterkunft von Antonio hat alle unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Zum Frühstück kann man auf der Terrasse in der Sonne sitzen und zum Meer sind es wenige Meter. Der eigene Parkplatz ist sehr praktisch.

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans la propriété de Federica qui est d’une extrême gentillesse. Leuk appartement op goede locatie.

Leuk appartement. Niet groot maar alles is aanwezig. De kleine slaapkamer is echt heel erg klein. Er zijn 2 stapelbedden maar dit is geschikt voor kleine kinderen. Onze oudste zoon heeft op het onderste bed geslapen. Onze ander zoon op de bedbank in de kamer. Prima bed. Maar dan heb je geen lekker bank meer om op te zitten. De houden stoelen en bank buiten zijn niet comfortabel. Wij waren niet vaak in het appartement dus voor ons niet echt een probleem. Federica was top. Regelde alles snel. Ook toen de gasfles leeg was en wij geen warom water meer hadden. Binnen een uur was alles weer in orde.

Great location but poor facilities

We liked the proximity of the appartement to the sea, to the center and to the supermarket. On the other side, the appartement is very poor equipped. The kitchen has minimum tools to cook, with nothing for cleaning ( dish liquid, sponge, towels), no dish washer… there is no AC in The flat, no fan ( mobile fan was provided by the owner during our stay) the second room is not a proper room, it is more like a corridor to the balcony, équiped with dual beds… very difficult for people to sleep inside. The bathrooms had minimum equipment. The owner was nice still, and trying to provide minimum cleaning items during our stay.

Bene, la casa e’ semplice ma in un’ottima posizione e funzionale. La proprieta’ non ci ha fatto fare il normale check in , farlo sarebbe stato meglio (cioe’ abbiamo trovato chiavi alla porta e siamo entrati). Comunque tutto bene. Grazie

Fredrika is the best!

We booked to stay her way back in January and to be honest I was a little anxious about how it was all going to pan out. First family holiday and I had arranged it all myself. A week before I did call Homeaway just to clarify some details and they were great. I then had a message from Fredrika and we connected via WhatsApp. All the information I could need was given to me. We found the apartment easily after renting a car from Olbia airport. Check in was easy and the apartment was perfect for us to use as a base. Fredrika came to check we were ok and had everything we needed. She was even able to help when we needed a pharmacy and gave advice on the nearest one. We loved Cala Ganone, even though it was the end of the season and many places had closed, there were still a few restaurants open and as we were so close to the supermarket, I also cooked. We will certainly be returning.

Soggiorno piacevolissimo a Cala Gonone, Federica è stata disponibilissima nell'accoglierci e nel fornirci utili consigli; tra le altre cose ci ha procurato degli ottimi prodotti locali. La descrizione dell'alloggio è assolutamente fedele e corrispondente alla realtà. E' comodissimo rispetto alla spiaggia ed al porto ed i prezzi sono sicuramente equi. Assolutamente da consigliare.

Nice stay near the sea and the mountains

The positive things written about this place earlier years are still valid. We had a lovely stay in the apartment, quiet but still very close to the sea, the restaurants and the supermarket, which probably has improved because we found it quite good, especially the nearer we came the high season. The apartment has everything you need for a short stay, the stove being the only thing we wish would have been a little better, if you like cooking like we do. On the other hand the washing machine was great to have, something you don't always find when you rent at this price. The second/children's bedroom was very small, which wasn't a problem for us since we only had one guest, otherwise you have space well enough and we certainly enjoyed the small terrace which was cleverly furnished. Federica was very nice and helpful, always quick to help with anything. We hired a boat and she also helped us to get in touch with mountain guides for interesting trekking tours. She really contributed to make our stay as nice as possible. If you like outdoor activities Cala Gonone is a great place with a lot of nice people, and we hope to be able to come back soon!

Siamo stati molto bene

La casa è arredata molto semplicemente ma c'è tutto quello di cui si può avere bisogno durante una vacanza, Il mare è a pochi passi e avere il supermercato di fronte, senza dover prendere ogni volta la macchina, è comodissimo. A Federica ci siamo rivolti per avere varie informazioni ed è sempre stata gentile, simpatica e collaborativa. I ristoranti sul mare sono molto graziosi, noi siamo stati alla Favorita, dove si mangia molto bene. Da Snoopy invece è stata un'esperienza terribile. Cibo pessimo e prezzi alti.

Great apartment! Great location! Great price!

We had a wonderful holiday staying in this apartment with our 3 young boys. Gianni and Federica were very welcoming and kind and couldn't be more helpful. The apartment is in a great location, close to the beach and central to exploring the beauty of the area. One of our best days was when we hired a boat from Federica and explored the many beaches and coves. The apartment was clean, well maintained and had everything we needed. The second bedroom was very small, however Federica was very accommodating. We would definitely like to stay again and have recommended the apartment to many friends.

Very nice place and people!

We had a wonderful holiday staying in this appartment. The details are all correct and it is really only 20 m to the water front, were lots of restaurants are. Federica, who speaks english, was very friendly and helpful and we also rented a boat from her, which was fantastic. I have to agree with the other entry, that the deco was a little retro. But everything was clean and worked. And we had no problem with the hot water in the shower, there was plenty of hot water for two people. We would definetly stay again at this place!

good place for a good price

We stayed with Federica and Gianni for 8 nights in mid April and really enjoyed it. Federica was extremely accommodating and helpful. She picked us up at the bus station and also gave us a good price for the boat rental (their other business). We initially asked for the 2 bedroom apartment (the one on this ad) which is on level 1. When we arrived Federica offered us the choice of the apartment on the top floor which was much smaller but had a great terrace with sea views. Since we were only 2 people we took the smaller apartment. So the text below is NOT for the 2 bed apt on this ad!! The small apartment we stayed in was adequate and everything was clean and well maintained with all the necessities. The decor is a bit "retro" and the spaces are a bit tight. It doesnt have a living room but we spent all our time on the terrace anyway (despite the lower temperatures in april). There's even a mini roof terrace to catch the last few rays of sun in the evening before dinner. maybe the only thing that was a bit annoying was that the hot water tank was too small. Just enough hot water for one person to quickly shower. then the other has to wait an hour or 2 until the water is heated again. In summer this is probably not an issue at all but in April it can be a little less pleasant. Overall we were very pleased. Especially with the location! It is on a quiet street literally 1 minute walk from the beach and the bars and restaurants. It was a great base to explore all the natural beauty of the area both at sea and inland. I just got back home and i'm already looking to book another trip in september. If I do, I will stay with Federica and Gianni again.
