The property is in an ideal and unique position to take advantage of the shared (with the property next door) launching slipway directly from the property, which is great for those who enjoy water sports, sailing, windsurfing or kayaking.

There is also a sailing club on the island where guests can visit and use the facilities as day members. Guests who bring their own equipment such as boats, kayaks, windsurfers can store safely on private car parking area on the property
