Lovely stay in Nijar area
Great 4 night stay at Mamen's place, great property with everything you would need. Great to have space for our dog and close to many nice beaches and towns. Lovely little tapas bar in the village, sadly this only opens from Thursday - Sunday. Great communication and information on the area from the host. Can highly recommend for a few days tranquility

Beautiful home in paradise! I cannot describe it better than the owner!
My boyfriend and I absolutely loved spending time here. The house is cosy and comfy, oozes character and includes many thoughtful touches. I feel it is much nicer inside than in the photos - although all photos are accurate they do not capture its magic. The layout inside is great and the garden is private and peaceful with lovely views exactly as shown in the photos. The area of the natural park is absolutely stunning. So many beautiful places to visit and all a short drive from the villa. Favourite beaches for tranquility and beauty - Cala del Plomo, Playa de los Meurtos and Playa Monsul . Favourite places to eat - the bar just round the corner from the villa (lovely owners and food) and the restaurant overlooking the sea in La Isleta del Moro. Also a restaurant on the left just before the turn off for Rodalquilar - Oro ---? The villa owner was extremely friendly and accomodating and responded swiftly to all communication. We had a very special holiday in Hortichuelas and the surrounding area. We were also lucky enough to have fabulous weather in the last week of October.

Muy buen sitio para escapada a cabo de gata
La casa está muy bonita, limpia y bien equipada. El patio es grande y soleado, con vistas a las montañas. El único pero es que la cobertura y el wifi son bastante débiles (no es culpa de la casa, pero si alguien quiere teletrabajar desde allí, puede ser un problema, por eso lo comento).

Es war Alles da was wir brauchten und nach vorgängiger Nachfrage nach einer Küchenwage und einem Wasserkocher wurden diese vor unserer Anreise besorgt/gekauft und in die Küche gestellt. Der grosse Aussenbereich ist vollständig hundegerecht eingezäunt mit Terrasse (Sonnenliege, Sonnenschirm, Tisch mit 8 Stühlen, Aussendusche und Aussengrill). Abschliessbares Schiebetor und Platz für mehrere Autos/Töffs im Aussenbereich. Uns hat es super gefallen und die sympathische Vermieterin war falls nötig immer erreichbar. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung wärmstens empfehlen. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen. Karin und Erich mit der Borderfamily

Rustig gehuchtje, vriendelijke mensen, wifi werkte niet, verder alles in orde.... niemand gezien om een beetje uitleg te geven, enkel gecommuniseerd via WhatsApp, nogal vreemd, ook om aan de sleutel te geraken een gedoe, was beter geweest dat er ons iemand opwachte......

Perfektes Feriendomizil mit Hunden
Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen in der nahegelegenen Bar. Wo wir später auch zum leckeren Tapasessen verweilten. Für die Hunde gab es ein gut eingezäuntes Gelände, wo sie sich frei bewegen konnten. Alles erforderliche war vorhanden und bei Fragen stand die freundliche Dame der Tapasbar jederzeit zur Verfügung. Die Umgebung ein Traum, wir konnten uns total gut erholen.

Ideal para desconectar!
La casa está genial, ideal para cuatro personas, espaciosa, dos baños que te dan cierta intimidad y comodidad.Cocina muy completa, menaje abundante, toallas, ropa de cama, no falta absolutamente de nada.Y luego que decir del espacio exterior, una terraza muy agradable donde desayunar y un patio amplísimo con barbacoa, e incluso un par de mangueras con las cuales darle un repaso a los coches, entran dos vehículos a la perfección.En el caso de ir con perro, será un paraíso para ellos y a la vez muy funcional.A apenas cinco minutos de las Negras y con una buena ubicación para moverte por todo el Cabo de Gata.Hemos estado muy agusto y la comunicación con Mamen ha sido en todo momento muy fluida y agradable.Una pena no haber disfrutado del bar de enfrente al estar cerrado por vacaciones , pero hay muy buenas opciones cerquita, por ejemplo en Rodalquilar.Un remanso de paz cerquita de todo

Alojamiento fantástico
Mamen ha estado todo el tiempo dispuesta a ayudar, muy comunicativa. La casa está genial, para ir con perros es ideal, ya que tienen un buen patio para correr y jugar. El bar de al lado de la casa pone unos desayunos y unas tapas muy ricas a buen precio. Merece la pena, pensamos volver.

Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen im Cabo de Gata verbracht. Die Wohnung war sehr gemütlich und praktisch eingerichtet. Die Umgebung lud zum Wandern ein und die tollen Strände sind dort einmalig.

Perfekte Flucht in die Sonne
Wir waren das erste Mal über Sylvester in Spanien. Sinn des Urlaubs war ein paar ruhige Tage und die Möglichkeit, zu schauen, ob es uns in der Gegend um Nijar so gut gefällt, dass wir dort ein Haus kaufen wollen. Deshalb haben wir hier auf FeWo-Direkt ein Haus gesucht und mit diesem hier gefunden. Schon der Buchungsprozess war toll (danke FeWo-direkt), die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin super schnell. Wir sprechen noch kein Spanisch, sie leider kein Englisch, aber das war überhaupt kein Problem. Unsere Anreise war einfach, wir waren zu früh, wir wurden sofort freundlich aufgenommen. Das Haus ist in einem schönen kleinen Ort mit freundlichen Menschen. Es war super top sauber, schöner als auf den Bildern, wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. 11 Nächte hatten wir gebucht. Wir haben alle 11 Nächte in dem Haus genossen. Ein super schnelles Internet in einem Dorf in Andalusien, für mich als ITler ein Traum. Eine superschöne Terasse, auf der ich viel Wein getrunken habe, an vielen Stellen für lange Zeit Sonne, ein toller Grill, den wir zweimal benutzt haben. Die Vermieterin hat sich wahnsinnig gut um uns gekümmert. Ich habe noch nie (und habe ich schon viele Ferienhäuser gemietet) so eine Freundlichkeit erlebt. Vielen vielen Dank für diese schönen Tage zu einem tollen Preis. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Gruß Thomas Dallmann

Estancia cómoda para ir con niñ@ y animales. Desconectas de la ciudad por su tranquilidad. Está cerca de la costa y con rutas para hacer senderismo. No hay supermercado cercano, mejor hacer la compra con antelación:)

Saubere Ferienwohnung in einem kleinen Dorf im Naturpark Cabo de Gata
Wir hatten einen unkomplizierten und kontaktlosen Check-In. Die Vermieterin hatte uns zuvor Ausflugstipps und Informationen per E-Mail zukommen lassen. Bei Fragen während des Aufenthaltes war sie für uns ansprechbar. Die Wohnung war sauber, gut ausgestattet, bis auf einen Wasserkocher, den haben wir persönlich vermisst. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer war sehr bequem. Das Schlafsofa war ganz in Ordnung. Das kleine Badezimmer hat uns viel besser gefallen, als auf dem Foto. Über die Bar nebenan, können wir nichts berichten, weil sie zu derzeit geschlossen hatte. Auch die umliegenden Ferienhäuser waren anscheinend nicht bewohnt, darum war es sehr ruhig, bis auf bellende Hunde in der Nachbarschaft und Hähnchen, die auch hin und wieder abends gekräht haben. Doch dafür kann unsere Vermieterin sicherlich nichts. Hervorzuheben ist auch die Tatsache, dass wir unseren Mietwagen auf dem abschließbaren Grundstück parken konnten. Die Terrasse ist groß und geräumig, sehr gut mit Stühlen, einem großen Mosaik Tisch und Liegen ausgestattet. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft weiter. Ausflüge zu den allerschönsten Stränden und Sehenswürdigkeiten liegen nur wenige Kilometer entfernt.
