Upper Pitts Farm is a detached farmhouse nestled within the town of Knighton Shropshire, on the border of Wales and England. The property has five bedrooms; three super-king and two twin, along with three bathrooms, it can sleep up to 10 people. Inside there is a kitchen/dining area, and a separate sitting area with woodburners in each. Outside there is a BBQ and patio area to the front and back. Upper Pitts Farm is a wonderful property for a large family or a group of friends looking for adventure and tranquility. Note: Please be advised that this property can not accept any arrivals on a Bank Holiday Monday.
Amenities: Oil central heating with 2 x woodburning stoves. Range cooker and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off road parking. Lawned garden with patio, furniture and BBQ. Two well-behaved dogs welcome, £25 pet charge applies per pet. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2.6 miles, pub 2.7 miles. Note: There are small steps throughout the ground floor of the property. Note: There is limited head space on the main staircase to the first floor. Note: Zip/link beds can be made into super-king-size or twin on request. Stables and a paddock are available by negotiation with the Farm.
