It has a very careful decoration, the terrace kitchen dining area is unique to combine rest and beach. Lots of natural light.
Very well located in front of the supermarket, a step away from the beach, with all the services of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, recreational area.
Bus stop to the historic center 50m from the floor.
It has two double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, new beds and mattresses.
A bathroom with a large natural stone shower.
The house is all soundproofed, has air conditioning ducts and a beautiful terrace.

Mar y colores

Casa muy linda, tranquilla y colorada, muy cerca del mar y comoda para conoscer la ciudad en bici o busse. Estuvimos muy bien y Juan nos ayudo en llegar y acomodarnos. Ya queremos volver!

Schöne ruhige Wohnung am Meer

Die Wohnung war super zentral gelegen und die Kommunikation mit Juan war klasse. Vielen herzlichen Dank für das sehr späte einchecken und die unkomplizierte Koffer Aufbewahrung am letzten Tag.

Piso muy bonito y bien situado

El piso está bien situado, con el mar a 5 minutos andando y un supermercado justo en frente. La decoracion es moderna y es muy luminoso. Puntos que mejorar: - tuvimos que limpiar los platos/vasos que estaban sucios - faltan cubiertos (sobre todo cuchillos) - la nevera no funciona bien (pero la tienen que cambiar) - las persianas en las habitaciones dejan entrar la luz (bastante incomodo si no puedes dormir con luz) Puntos positivos: - localizacion - decoracion - aire acondicionado - comunicacion con la agencia - terraza

Vacaciones en familia y petsona en silla de ruedas

Estancia perfecta, ubicacion ideal, las prestaciones de la casa como en el anuncio. La persona de referencia, estupenda, siempre pendiente. Alguna dificultad con la silla de ruedas y algun escalon, pero en general muy bien. Recomiendo sin dudar

Tolle Lage, schön zu wohnen

Das Häuschen liegt äusserst günstig zum Strand und Geschäfte. Der Supermarkt ist gleich gegenüber. Wirklich tolle Lage. Abgesehen davon, daß (für mich wichtige) Kleinigkeiten fehlten wie Weingläser, schönere Teller, mehr Trinkgläser, Salatschüssel usw. ist das Haus wirklich wunderschön und liebevoll restauriert. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer. Das mit dem kleineren Bett ist wunderschön, das mit dem Doppelbett ist sehr eng und liegt direkt an der Strasse. Es wird nachts sehr schnell laut. Ansonsten war alles tiptop. Kommunikation super. Man fühlt sich alles in allem sehr wohl. Danke nochmal !!!

Don't let the pictures irritate you, you will love it here

We stayed here for one week and we enjoyed every single day. No matter how beautiful Valencia is, this placebos at perfect spot. Not crowded, 2 Outdoor gyms, 2 bus Stations to the city centre, great Restaurants nearby, grocery options, and beautiful 2 beaches in 2 minutes walk. So many great impressions and Juan, who manages the stay is there for you 24/7, anything you need he organizes. We plan already our next trip to Valencia and will surely choose this place again!
