Our luxury Shepherd Hut has been fitted to an exceptional standard, a fully equipped mini home in a private location.
A mini home from home with a TV, full size double bed, fully equipped kitchen and shower room. There is also a wood burner and underfloor heating to keep you nice and cosy. Tucked away beneath the apple trees in the corner of a paddock, you have your own fenced garden around the Hut - a perfect country retreat.
Our hut is located next to the paddock, a short walk from the parking area. Be prepared to walk on grass to gain access, sadly however this does mean it isn't suitable for people with limited mobility. You are free to enjoy the paddock and extensive grounds.

Just as described, this Shepherd's Hut was great accommodation. Very compact and private but with everything needed for self-catering in comfort and convenience.

It was a quiet and peaceful with a wonderful view of the country side. A great place for a restful break. Steve made sure we had a good start to our wonderful break.
Thank you very much Steve and Lizzie.
Firstly Steve is so welcoming, friendly and very accommodating.
The weather was very wet and it rained for most of our time here however Steve being the loveliest host offered to drive and pick us up from our dinner reservations so we were both able to have a couple of drinks. This was above and beyond what we ever expected.
The hut is exactly as described and what you see in the pics is exactly what you get, it’s beautiful, quiet, private and set in lovely gardens.
We did manage to enjoy the fire pit in the evenings which was very relaxing and was just want we were looking for from our short beak away.
We would just like to thank Steve yet again for his hospitality and kindness.
We will be returning again next year.
I don’t even know where to start. We fell in love with the shepherd’s hut just looking at the pictures. The reality was so much more! It was a 5* experience! Spotlessly clean, comfy bed, amazing views, very private and secluded, cooking wise everything you may need, big bathroom and a powerful shower. Games, wonderfully smelling fresh towels, beautiful grounds, not to mention fresh milk, butter, croissants, yoghurts. Stephen greeted us upon arrival and he was the most accommodating and discreet host I have ever met in my life (and I did work in a 5* hotel industry).
Stephen, Lizzie, we would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the unforgettable experience and for your hospitality. We will most definitely be back. Thank you.
