Cute apartment, decent location

We had a few issues with the shower and air conditioner but other than that this was a pleasant place to stay close enough to Lisbon’s old town to walk or catch a bus but stay away from the noise of the city. Oscar is a great host and quick to respond, and the listing appears as described.

Nice Apartment

The apartment provided all that was needed for a comfortable stay such as a very decent washing machine, an ample space, kitchen facilities and a good bed. There are some things that the host needs to fix such a sthe bathroom door that is very hard to open and three of the four drawers in the kitchen that are falling apart.It would have been nicer to have had a more personal communication with the property host.

three 20 guys in lisbon

The apartment was really nice. It's on the third floor of a beautiful building located in a not so good neighborhood. However we did not have problems with it. Everything was perfect: one big bed, one sofa-bed (both comfy), good kitchen, air conditioner (we didn't use it because during summer there a very nice wind), hot water for showering, a washing machine. There was a safe but there was no battery so it was useless. I advice the apartment for young people because during our stay there were basically just young guys and sometimes there was some noise. Last thing, if you wanna cook there are very few pans and tools. overall was a good experience. Thanks Oscar.

Decent value

Apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. Bus stop is 5 minutes away uphill or you can walk all the way down the huge hill 12 minutes to metro stop or bus stops. Space is large, but the a/c is only in the main room and not in the bedroom and the bedroom was very warm for sleeping. There is a washer and clothes line outside for drying. The bathroom smelled awful of sewer gas and we had to keep the door shut and the door is swollen, so it isn't easy to open and shut. There are no room darkening shades so it gets bright very early. Some mold in shower and water temp changes when someone else runs water which is probably typical for older buildings. I really liked the self check in process.

Für ein Kurztrip ok

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer recht zentralen Lage (ca. 20min zu Fuß bis zur Mitte der Altstadt). Eine Bushaltestelle ist in fußläufig in 5min zu erreichen. Die Wohnung selber war in der Anzeige aufgegeben. Für eine Familie ist die Wohnung für einen Kurztrip ausreichend, insbesondere von der Größe der Wohnung. Parkplätze gibt es ausreichend vor der Haustür. Leider haben wir auch einige Dinge auszusetzen. - dreckiger Kühlschrank - dreckige Küche (Elemente und Fliesen) - nicht ordentlich gewaschene Handtücher wurden bereitgestellt - die Badtür lässt sich nur zur Hälfte öffnen - nicht funktionierender Fernseher (wenn man einen bereitstellt, dann sollte dieser auch funktionieren) Wenn man diese Dinge behebt und auf die Sauberkeit achtet, dann wäre es ein perfektes Apartment.

Appartement correct, communication insuffisante avec le propriétaire, réponses très vagues aux questions posées, en particulier pour la sortie Manque de vaisselle, 2 mugs, 2 petites cuillères !! et une poêle en très mauvais état , inutilisable(le revêtement s'effrite) TV ne fonctionne pas

Apparemment moyennement propre, manque un peu d'ustensiles de cuisine (passoire...), bien situé, relativement calme dans la chambre un peu bruillant dans le salon ( bruits de la rue). Très bonne literie. Je recommande.

Sporcizia e bagno non funzionante

Sporcizia diffusa specie in bagno e nella cucina. I sanitari del bagno come il lavandino e la doccia non sono funzionanti. Il bagno manca di sistema di aerazione e la porta non si apre facilmente. Check-in automatico ma senza controllo dei documenti. Casa fredda e il termosifone mobile fornito assolutamente insufficiente a riscaldare l'ambiente. Cuscini e materassi piatti. Si trova in un quartiere fatiscente.

Un finde en Lisboa

El alojamiento es un piso muy chulo y con todo lo que puedas necesitar para tu estancia en Lisboa. Se encuentra en un barrio muy tranquilo y cerca del centro de Lisboa, andando unos 20 minutos a la Plaza del Comercio. Está muy limpio y el acceso genial, super facil todo. Hay transporte público cerca, autobuses, tranvia, metro.... para llegar a todas partes. Lo recomiendo muchísimo.

El apartamento ofrece todas las comodidades. El anfitrión, disponible a todas horas y ante cualquier incidente. Y la localización, un barrio tranquilo y muy cerca de una parada de tranvía y bus.

Great Situation Overall!

The property is in a nice location with everything you need nearby as well as in close proximity with major attractions. The apartment itself is spacious and well put together. It was clean and host was efficient and responsive. Overall, great experience, and I would stay here again.
