It occupies the second floor and terrace of a building built around 1900, and retains its original structure and construction.
It has magnificent views over the cathedral and is located a few meters from the Calle Hombre de Palo, the main artery of the city that connects Zocodover with the Town Hall and Cathedral square.
The house has undergone a comprehensive restoration in its interior that has allowed it to adapt to current needs, preserving and even discovering hidden architectural elements for many years and that bring great beauty, warmth and comfort to the house.
It has 90 m2 useful, distributed in three double bedrooms and a single bedroom, completely independent. It has a kitchen-living room and two bathrooms, both equipped with showers.
The apartment is prepared to accommodate 7-8 people, distributed in three double beds two of 150 cm and one of 135 cm), a single bed and possibility of extending with extra beds.
It has heating and air conditioning in all rooms and common areas; TV, free wi-fi and fully equipped kitchen (with hob, fridge, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and toaster)
The House is equipped with sheets, towels, dishes, iron, hair dryer, etc.

Pets are allowed under conditions, and may incur a supplement.
It is appreciated not to smoke inside (for safety).
To deliver the keys, the day of arrival, or the day before, it is convenient that you contact us to specify your expected time of arrival at the house.
The keys will be delivered from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. (for other arrival times, check specific conditions).
Key delivery from 9:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. has a € 25 surcharge. After 23:30 hours no keys will be delivered, unless expressly confirmed.
The departure time will be 12:00 noon. Late check-out is allowed, always subject to availability and prior consultation.
On December 24 and 31 the keys will be delivered until 4:00 p.m. On December 25 and January 1 there is no entry into the Apartments.
