Quiet and rurally located finca

Very nice finca with all you need for a pleasant vacation…very nice and helpful hosts 😀 Because of the very small-sized bedroom directly under the low hanging roof I would only recommend it for a younger couple.

Lovely private property in rural part of Mallorca

The property was clean and well-equipped, with thoughtful touches. Communication with the owners was very good, before and during our stay. We had no problem gaining access. The area is so quiet and beautiful. As mentioned in other reviews, the bedroom mezzanine is slightly challenging but we knew this before booking and we coped with the low ceiling. Having a private pool was a definite bonus. And there was lots of choices of areas to sit outside in the garden. We very much enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Schönes Haus, aber mangelnde Sauberkeit

Es ist ein sehr schönes, ruhig gelegenes Haus mit einem wunderbaren Garten. Die Lagebeschreibung ist jedoch irreführend. Die angegebenen 20 Gehminuten bis zum Hafen stimmen leider nicht. Wir mussten 2 Stunden gehen, um unsere gemieteten Räder im Hafen von Alcudia abzuholen. Die Angabe sollte korrigiert werden, um weitere Missverständnisse zu vermeiden.Zudem gab es ein großes Problem mit der Sauberkeit. Das Bettlaken und die Handtücher waren fleckig, das Badezimmer war unzureichend geputzt und das Geschirr war klebrig. Eventuell lag es daran, dass dem Geschirrspüler sowohl Klarspüler als auch Salz gefehlt haben. Außerdem wurde vergessen den Kühlschrank anzuschließen. Auf Anweisung der Gastgeberin mussten wir den Kühlschrank selbst vorziehen und einstöpseln. Das Internet wurde erst nach ein paar Tagen repariert. Allgemein war die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin nicht zufriedenstellend. Die beschriebenen Mängel wurden einfach zurückgewiesen.

Herrliche Idylle

Die Finca liegt traumhaft ruhig, abseits von jeglichem Trubel, mitten in der Natur. Die nächsten Nachbarn sind ca.200 Meter entfernt. Tolle Outdoor-Bereiche , paradiesischer Pool , Schlafempore, Wohnraum, gut ausgestattete Küche ,kleines Bad (ohne Fenster,aber mit Lüftung) entsprechen genau den Bildern im Internet ! Seht gut ist die auch als Heizung funktionierende Klimaanlage bei kühleren Temperaturen. Der Vermieter kam zwischendurch zur Poolreinigung ; kleinere Reparaturen (z.b. defekte Glühbirnen) wurden sofort erledigt. Der Anfahrtsweg ist zwar tatsächlich etwas holprig, aber letztendlich weniger schlimm als befürchtet und mit Kleinwagen (Fiat Panda) problemlos machbar . Für uns hat alles gepasst !!! Wer Ruhe , Natur + Erholung sucht , ist hier definitiv richtig ! Allerdings : bei steigenden Temperaturen erfreuen sich auch die Mücken zunehmend an dieser schönen Örtlichkeit ;-)

Ferienhaus auf fantastischem Grundstück in ruhiger Lage

Das Ferienhaus besticht mit seiner absolut tollen und ruhigen Lage mit großem und gut gepflegtem Grundstück, außerhalb von Alcúdia. Es ist gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen, auch wenn das letzte Stück über einen etwas holprigen, unbefestigten Weg führt. Keine direkten Nachbarn, Blick von der Terrasse (östliche Ausrichtung) auf Felder und Bäume. Das Ferienhaus war okay sauber, allerdings mit kleinen Einschränkungen. Sehr nette Vermieter, die Kommunikation lief stets reibungslos und es gab frisches Obst und eine Flasche Wein zur Begrüßung. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Entspannter Urlaub zu zweit

Eine wunderschöne kleine Finca mit sehr viel Liebe gestaltet. Trotz der Abgeschiedenheit sind Alcúdia und Pollença sehr schnell zu erreichen. Ganz besonders der sehr sehr angenehme Kontakt zu den Vermietern Puri und Juan war toll.

Einfach nur schön!!!!!

Es war einfach nur schön Wer die Ruhe und die Einsamkeit genießt wer vom ganzen Alltagstrubel einfach mal entfliehen möchte wer einfach mal Zeit nur für sich und seinen Partner genießen möchte ist hier absolut richtig am Platz Das Haus liegt mitten in der Natur und man hat keine Nachbarn rundherum Die nächsten Häuser sind gefühlt 200 Meter von einem Weg so das man sich komplett überall selbst am Pool bewegen kann wie man möchte Wir haben es sehr sehr genossen Die Unterkunft ist gut zu finden und auch zu erreichen Nur die letzten paar Meter führt über einen teilweise ausgewaschenen weg wo Steine rausschauen und man etwas aufpassen muss Wir hatten die ganze Zeit einen Roller gemietet was kein Problem war und selbst das Taxi kam ohne Probleme zur Unterkunft Die Unterkunft ist mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet und man hat eigentlich alles was man benötigt Die Besitzer sind nicht nur sehr freundlich sondern auch sehr hilfsbereit und antworten und helfen einem direkt wen man was wissen muss Ich kann die Unterkunft einfach nur empfehlen Wir waren 10 Tage und werden definitiv wieder hier her zurückkommen

Idyllisch

Idyllische kleine Finca in ruhiger Lage. Perfekt, um von der Hektik des Alltags abzuschalten. Die Vermieter sind jederzeit erreichbar und kümmern sich bei Problemen. Alcudia und Pollenca sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen und bieten viele Möglichkeiten, um zu flanieren, essen und in das mallorquinische Leben einzutauchen.

Nie wieder

Die Finca ist abgewohnt und schmutzig. Auf der Matratze wurde mindestens 4x uriniert, das Schlafsofa ist absolut Schrott. Kaffeemaschine usw. absolut unbenutzbar, die Küchenschränke stinken innen. Die Klimaanlage tropfte die ganze Nacht. Man darf sie nicht so oft benutzen, kein Wunder, dass sie dann kaputtgeht. Als die Toilette nicht aufhörte zu füllen, hieß es, man habe falsch gespült. Wenn man die Besitzerin auffordert, die Mängel zu beheben, wird man als unverschämt betitelt. Man solle lieber seinen Urlaub genießenden und nicht nur Probleme machen. Der Pool ist verdreckt, die Wände schon grün. Das ist Natur wird einem dann mitgeteilt und, was erwartet man denn für NUR 2350,00 € für 14 Tage. Finca c‘an Xavi? Nie wieder.

Perfekt für einen Urlaub zu zweit!

Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr ruhig in mitten der Natur, vom dazugehörigen Garten hat man einen schönen Blick auf eine Wiese mit Olivenbäumen. Das letzte Stück der Anfahrt führt über einen relativ ausgewaschenen Feldweg mit sehr tiefen Schlaglöchern, ist aber machbar wenn man langsam fährt, auch mit einem normalen Kleinwagen (wir hatten einen Fiat 500). Im Haus selbst ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, sowohl in der Küche als auch im Bad. Kohle für den Grill sollte man selbst besorgen. Es gibt keine Trinkwasser aus dem Hahn, daher empfiehlt sich auf dem Weg gleich einen großen Kanister zu besorgen. Gewürze, Tee, Spülmittel, Flasche Sprudelwasser und vermutlich eigene Zitronen waren bei unserer Ankunft vorhanden. Durch die umliegenden Wiesen sind doch einige Stechmücken unterwegs, daher wäre ein Fläschchen Autan oder ähnliches nicht verkehrt ;o) Auf dem TV sind die gängigen deutschen Sender eingestellt, WLAN funktioniert auch prima und reicht bis auf die Terrasse. Das einzige Manko für uns was das Bett, weil man im Schlafbereich durch die Dachschräge kaum stehen kann und die Matratze nicht so besonders gut ist. Alles in allem aber eine wunderschöne Location.

Einsamkeit und doch alles erreichbar

Eine großartige Finca, die von Privatleuten geführt und mit Herz gehegt und gepflegt wird. Kleiner, aber sehr feiner Pool, abgelegene Lage (Achtung abenteuerliche Zufahrt, mit Ruhe und Geduld aber "ungefährlich") . Ein traumhaftes Plätzchen, um abzuschalten. Sehr klein, aber sehr pfiffig genutzt und voll ausgestattet. Für Pärchen genial. Ein Auto braucht man definitiv, aber damit ist der schönste Teil Mallorcas prima von der Finca zu erreichen. Nebenan gibt's ein Weingut einer deutschen Umsiedlerin (unbedingt mal reinschauen) und Pollença ist ein wirklich sehenswertes Städtchen. Achtung, der Google Maps Standort ist offenbar falsch gesetzt, nicht irritieren lassen, Adresse kommt. Zu Besuch kommt öfter ein schwarzes Kätzchen, die wir Matilda getauft haben, seid nett zu ihr. ;) Volle Empfehlung!

Peaceful escape in the country

Was exactly what we wanted - cycling buddies staying in Portblue. Hotel... we fancied something a little less busy! Only 10-15 mins by car or a perfect pre- ride to start the days climbs!! Only negatives: Cannot stand full height with pitched roof beams in bedroom. But mainly laying down in bed this was less of an issue!! Mosquitoes: But let's face it prep for them each day with a spray- couple of citronella candles at night - we were in the country it's worth the odd bite or 7 😉

Encantados desde el primer minuto, un ambiente espectacular y acogedor, ideal para desconectar de la ciudad en nuestro caso, máxima tranquilidad ya que no se escucha ningún ruido, salvo el sonido de las ovejas que inspira tranquilidad junto al espectacular paisaje del campo que se contempla. Los dueños muy amables y atentos en todo momento, resolviendo algunas dudas si teníamos, te contestaban al momento. En general, todo perfecto. Nosotros seguro que repetiremos porque hemos quedado encantados.
