Beautiful luxury villa for up to 23 pax, with pool, garden and barbecue.
Large new stone villa with lots of landscaped farm and with barbecue. It has 11 bedrooms, all with TV and heating. Huge hall. It has a pool, solarium, hot shower, etc ... EYE! Confirm the final price with the owner.
The house is very spacious, with about 360 m2, and absolutely all rooms are exterior and have their own window to give more natural light and ventilation. It has a total of 11 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a living room of 60 m2 and a large and well equipped kitchen. All rooms in the house have a lock on the door, so it can be offered at the disposal of 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 bedrooms (at least 7 double bedrooms -14 people- even if the group was smaller). In this way, the rooms that are closed will not be rented to anyone and the price of the house can be adjusted to the size of the group.
On the plot there are 2 swimming pools, one larger than 12x6m in normal depth for adults and another smaller with shallow depth for young children. It has a lot of terrace and space to place towels or sunbeds and has a hot shower. These pools are shared with the occupants of 3 other holiday rental homes. Next to the pools is the barbecue, table football, covered terrace, outdoor furniture, gardens, etc ...
On the farm there is a lot of space available to park the vehicles, since about 10 cars easily fit without disturbing each other.
