Stylish villa in Palma, with heated pool and private garden.

Recently built villa distributed over 3 floors. The villa has 250 meters built plus terraces, private garden and heated pool. I don't chlorinate in the pool. Four double rooms (three of the rooms have access to terraces), three full bathrooms, living room of 37 m2, kitchen of 16 m2, 3 terraces, two at the top and one at the bottom. Room with billiards and gym. The villa has air conditioning in all rooms and the living room.
It has a garden with lawn and private pool. The villa is ideal for cyclists as it has a garage on the ground floor and is located in an area with many routes. It has a supermarket, greengrocer, butcher shop, pharmacy a few meters away. For those who do not want to rent a car they have the bus stop very close where you can leave anywhere in the city.
The Villa is just 10 minutes drive from the city center where shops and trendy restaurants are located.
It also has a few minutes drive, shopping centers, beaches and golf courses.

Family stay with infants in Palma

We stayed at this Villa in Sept 24 & had the most amazing time. Host Isidro met all our needs for the infants, and checking in & out. This beautiful Villa is exceptional in space, layout, comfort, shops & transport. Highly recommended.

Great location

Great property near a very good supermarket (2 mins walk) and a very efficient train line (5 mins walk) which takes you straight to palma or further up north. Plenty of space and room for our party of 5 adults in Isidro's property and isidro was always on hand if needed.All facilities in the property including english channels on a huge tv bbc,itv,sky etc. Excellent base to enjoy your stay in Majorca.

An outstanding place to stay

Isidro is an excellent host. We arrived on a day when the shops were shut for a national holiday and he kindly filled the fridge for us, The house is even better than it looks on the Vrbo site. It is very spacious and well equipped with many places to sit in sun or shade .the pool was really great and the activities such as pool, the fitness machines and the table tennis were a real bonus. There is a great supermarket near by and it was very easy to get into Palm on public transport. The children loved it all. We had a really great week. We hope to return Thanks Isidro!

Fantastic Mallorca Experience

We were an Irish family of 4 and grandparents who spent 6 nights here in late October 2019. The house is absolutely brilliant and even better than the photos show. There is loads of space and the games room and swimming pool are great for children and adults alike. We paid a small amount extra to get the pool heated to 30 degrees(!) and it was well worthwhile. The kitchen is fully equipped and the living room very comfortable. Palma city centre is only 8 minutes away by train (runs every 20 minutes and the station is 5 mins walk away) or 10-15 mins by bus. In the neighborhood, we’d highly recommend Rovers bar and restaurant on Carrer del Bisbe Campins - 3-4 mins walk from the house - for a relaxed, authentic Spanish experience. We couldn’t fault this house and echo others in highly recommending it.

Exceptional wonderful stay

Isidro was a perfect host, communicating well from the start, responding to our queries quickly in the weeks leading up to our arrival. He was flexible allowing us to drop luggage early in the day and was there to meet us. The house has every facility imaginable and was stocked with toiletries and non-perishables, condiments etc. Isidro remained contactable on WhatsApp and dropped in mid-week with a Mallorcan cake gift. The pool was heated to 30 degrees, WiFi worked very well for our family with teenagers. And some impressive art throughout the house. Pool goggles, table-tennis, loved by the kids. Bus service into Palma was very frequent and we bought block tickets so each trip in was just €1 per person. The supermarket around the corner was well priced and very well stocked, the fresh fish counter displays worthy of some holiday photos! All other shops such as pharmacist also in our doorstep. The restaurant El Rincon de Cai was a 5 minute walk and recommended for food and service. Perfect holiday, we’d love to return one day to Isidro’s house

A lovely villa

Our family has just returned from a stay in this villa and would highly recommend it. Everything you could possibly need has been thought about and Isidro and his partner were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely go there again.

Fantastic stay :)

We stayed at Isidro's property last week over the Easter break and I can only add to all the other wonderful comments on here already. We were two families of 4 and the house was perfect for us. The house itself was spotlessly clean, had everything we needed and the heated pool on a few overcast days was perfect! The supermarket was just round the corner and the nearest bus stop only minutes away bringing us into Palma in 15/20 minutes. Aside from the house, Isidro was very attentive and helpful and a big thanks for leaving some food for breakfast as our flight was in very late and the following day was a bank holiday and shops were closed. Also thanks to Javi who was there to welcome us at 2 in the morning. I would highly recommend this property and Isidro as host and would have no hesitation in returning.

What a villa!!

Isidro is honestly the best, most kindest and genuine villa owner I have ever dealt with! His communication was excellent from enquiry. We were greeted with a warm welcome by Isidro's partner even though we arrived past midnight on Sunday. I agree the photos online do not do this property justice, it is very spacious and clean. It had the best equipped bathrooms and kitchen I have ever stayed in whilst away. A very good quality cot and high chair was provided and there was a baby gate, which was very useful as my little one was crawling everywhere! We were also able to park our huge van in the garage which was handy. Isidro offered to do a grocery shop for us prior to arrival, which was so kind and we were able to enjoy a lovely alfresco breakfast on the morning of arrival. We were lucky enough to have great weather for 4 out 5 days of our April stay, so made great use of cosy outside chilling spots, heated outdoor pool and bbq. On our last day the weather wasn't as great but we didn't get bored as we made use of the pool table, ping pong table and darts board! The supermarket which is literally a minutes walk away was extremely useful to pop to during the week as we did a lot of cooking. Isidro sent us very useful information on day of arrival, on transport facilities and places to visit, which was very much appreciated. During our stay, Isidro was in constant communication to see if we needed anything but without being invasive. Mid-week he surprised us with a traditional Mallorcan pastry, which was a lovely gesture and delicious!! Unfortunately one of our party accidentally broke a small giraffe sculpture on a shelf in the living room, to which Isidro replied with a smile, don't worry it happens! He is just so sweet! On our last day Isidro booked a taxi for us with a baby seat as we were travelling to another region for a wedding. Nothing was too much of a ask for him! Thank you SO much Isidro for letting us stay in your amazing home and for your incredible hospitality. It really did make our holiday!! :)

Fantastic

Absolutely amazing villa, so well equipped, everything you could think of. Isidro was so helpful throughout our stay. Outside area was lovely, we loved that the pool was heated! I would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a combined city/relaxing break.

This villa is a home from home - wonderful holiday !

We stayed in June 2018 for a week with a party of 7 including boys from 23-19 and our 12 year old. This is a uniquely designed classy villa that utilises every inch of space to create separate havens for all parties. It is extremely well equipped, clean and works so well for a holiday with all ages. It might be more difficult with little ones as has different levels but there are safety gates if required. Isidro and partner were extremely helpful and hospitable. Location wise it is literally 200m from a great supermarket which was also very friendly. With a hired car we reached all areas of Mallorca within 20/30 mins and there is a bus to Palma which is easy to find. We will come back to this fantastic villa again -just fantastic - thank you Isidro and partner !

Fabulous villa! Everything you could need to have a great family holiday. 5*

Our family of 6 adults and two three year olds had a fantastic time. Isidro the owner also made the holiday special for us. We had a fabulous bowl of fresh fruit on arrival, plus drinks. Unexpected but such a lovely touch. Isidro also visited mid week and brought us a traditional Mallorcan pastry, it was delicious! He wanted us to have a great time as much as we wanted a great time. Definitely recommend this villa. Great location, easy to get around on public transport and a large supermarket about 100m away. Isidro will also look after you! Cannot speak highly enough about our stay.

I can highly recommend this villa for you!

We where 6 adults and one four years old kid staying in the villa for one week. We felt really welcomed the first we arrived to the house. We got a quick tour around it and got to leave our luggage's until the house cleaning was ready ( we arrived to Palma quite early on that day ) At first we thought we're going to rent a car but there wasn't really any reason for it. We got such a good instructions from the owner of the house on how to get to Palma center and other places easily by public transport. Both bus and train are so near ( just within couple of minutes of walk - even suitable for young children) and really easy and cheap to use. Also taxis are quite nicely available and with fair cost. House was on excellent condition - all closets and stuff neat and clean and well organized. Really nice for both adults and children. Making our own food was easy because of the good equipment in the kitchen and the super market location. We can also recommend the hairdresser nearby. Actually it was used by our men this time:) In this apartment you can really have a nice, relaxed, adventurous but still safe holiday. There are a lot of things you can do in the villa ( biking, swimming, little gym, pool, table-tennis) or other attractions close by. Everyone of us were EXTREMELY HAPPY and pleased both the place and the owners kindness and hospitality.

Fantastic Villa

We went to Isidro's villa in August, we had a late arrival but we were met by Isidro and friends who showed us around and explained everything. The villa is immaculate very well decorated with some wonderful pieces of art work and sculptures. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed for our stay including grocery essentials on arrival. The outside areas have plenty of seating and loungers around pool and decking. I would recommend a car as the one time we needed a cab we was unable to get one and ended up driving. We also found we need to drive to find a good restaurant. There is a very good supermarket very close by and a hairdressers for the ladies I can recommend. On our last day Isidro visited with a present of a traditional desert which was superb and very tasty. The only negatives were the annoying dogs barking next door and there is a small runway close by so some light aircraft taking off but didn't really worry us. Would defiantly stay again and recommend highly. Thanks for letting us stay in your wonderful villa Carole and family of 6 from Hertfordshire

The house was way beyond our expectations

Isidro's house is a home from home. We didn't want for anything. The house was immaculate on our arrival. Isidro was very informative and gave us some great ideas for days out and restaurants to eat at. Amazing Villa

We have just returned from this fabulous villa and felt I must tell everyone how fabulous it really is.Very high standard of fixtures and fittings, outdoor area fantastic. So many things are provided even for the kids, floaties, balls for the pool, even a few games inside. Owners were extremely helpful, anything you needed they would sort out for you. Just wanted to mention the new cafe thats recently been open in the main street PAN & ANTOJOS great cafe for snacks with great food and such friendly people. WE wouldn,t hesitate to highly recommend this villa. BRILLIANT. Sian, Andrew, Mam and Girls.

FAB House!

A 'fantastic house', the pictures don't do it justice. The house is in a fantastic location, supermarket 2 minutes away, bus and train stations within 5 minutes making access to central Palma very easy. The house was well cleaned, with Isidro going out of his way by presenting me with a gift of Champagne and a cake for my birthday. He could not have been more helpful and thoughtful! It would be useful if there was a book with recommendations of local resturants etc in the area. I thoroughly recommend staying here!

Fantastic villa

Fantastic villa, Very clean great facilities, could not fault it, with some great customer service, from welcome gift, and cake delivered, pool cleaned twice and cleaner halfway through the stay. Would fully recommend the villa to Families or a group of friends. Though some 40 minutes walk out of Palma, the Bus (250 meters) and Train (500 meters) are very good. Buses every 10/15 minutes are one euro fifty single trip and the Train to Palma every 20 mins ( 06, 26 and 46) and only three euros ten cents return. The buses can get crowded but for 10 cents more we recommend the train. Maybe a train timetable in the villa and bus timetable/route would be an idea in future, but these are easily found on line also tourist information leaflets and recommend local restaurants. We recommend Vecchio Giovanni restaurant in Palma on carrer sant joan near Abaco cocktail bar worth a treat too, but very expensive. Thank you Isidro for a great stay. Stuart Lisa and Boys.
