This was the cutest and coziest cottage. You could not pick a more picturesque location. It was scenic and quiet and beautiful. The cottage was well equipped and the perfect hub for our 2 night stay in the Highlands. We enjoyed every second. Highly recommend!
This house was an amazing place to stay… quiet with beautiful views, it was modern and had all the comforts you would need. Very close to Inverness. Hosts were responsive and helped us get dinner reservations, which was great appreciated! Would recommend highly!!
When we first arrived the house was so inviting. With it's contemporary design and warm lightings we immediately felt welcome. The directions to access the house was plain simple and straight forward. Host was very friendly, she even sent a message to me on my check in time to make sure we were able to access the house and suffice. The house had everything we needed. The location was perfect, quiet and away from the bustling city. Loved the BBQ area. We had a sunset bbq dinner under clear skies which was later lit by the many many stars. The kids loved it. A perfect finish to the day. Sadly we were only there for 2 nights. Hope to come back again.
The lodge was charming, spotless, well provisioned, and upscale. It lifted our spirits just to lay eyes on it. One of the highlights of our trip to Scotland!
The 4 nights we spent at Druid Lodge was lovely. Despite rainy weather, the lodge was cozy and welcoming. Our family of four were quite comfortable in this well equipped home with lovely views of the fields. Highly recommend this lovely place hosted by a very friendly family.
We stayed for 2 nights on a trek through Scotland. We got in late and the owner greeted us on the road because I was a bit lost😂. The cottage was absolutely wonderful with all we needed. Beautiful contemporary decor with nice walk in shower. Fresh flowers on the table on arrival. Best place we stayed thus far!!!
Tranquil setting but not remote - well designed interior
With wildflowers in the front yard, pheasants in the field in the back of the house, and views across the fields from the living room, Druid House Lodge is pastoral and peaceful. We really enjoyed sitting outside and watching the antics of the birds. The interior of the house is compact, but completely efficiently laid out - there is no wasted space in the well-thought out living area, and the large windows make it very scenic as well. The kitchen is well equipped and stylish. The bedroom has nice dark curtains, so sleeping in is not a problem at all - perfect cure for jet lag. The bathroom has a big shower stall with a rainfall shower head - refreshing! Kimberley was very gracious and helpful. The lodge is well located for day trips to the north, and the town of Munlochy is conveniently nearby. My only suggestion is that if some of the tree limbs were trimmed in the front yard, it would make the view much better!! We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a quiet spot for a holiday.
Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es liegt sehr ruhig und hat eine schöne Aussicht.
Wir haben unseren - leider nur sehr kurzen - Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
