It comes with six bedrooms, comprising of a super-king-size bedroom with a sofa bed and an en-suite walk-in shower, separate slipper bath, basin and WC, a super-king-size (zip/link, can be made into twins on request) with en-suite walk-in shower, separate slipper bath, basin and WC, two super-king-size bedrooms (zip/link, can be made into twins on request), a ground-floor double bedroom with en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC and a twin, together sleeping 14 people. On the first floor, there is also a family bathroom, with a walk-in shower, freestanding bath, double basin and WC. Completing the interior is a kitchen with woodburning stove, a dining room with gas fire, a sitting room with a gas fire, a cinema room, a conservatory and an external games/gym room. Outside, there is off-road parking for one car, a rear enclosed courtyard with table and chairs and fire pit, side garden with ample seating areas with outdoor kitchen area, lawn area with sunken trampoline, and decked area with sheltered hot tub. The Chestnuts is an outstanding retreat to explore the city and its surroundings.
