About this property

A stunning 3 bedroom 2 bathroom property located in a beautiful area of Javea. All bedrooms benefit from air-conditioning and the property has wifi to enhance your stay.

The property consists of 2 double bedrooms(1 en suite) and a third bedroom with twin beds. There is a large dining kitchen with all the amenities you would have at home including, dishwasher, washing machine and electrical appliances. The lounge / dining area has reclining sofas and large flat screen TV with all UK channels available for viewing. UK TV is also available in the master bedroom. The en-suite has a large walk-in shower and the family bathroom as a large bath along with a shower unit.

Outside is truly where the magic begins, leading through the patio doors there is a large dining table and chairs under a covered naya along with a rattan set of outdoor sofa, chairs and coffee table.

On the pool terrace, there is, of course, the wonderful private pool with roman steps. Also on the terrace is a covered pergola with a dining table and seating for 6.

The rest of the property has mature gardens, terrace areas and has a covered driveway enabling you to keep your car cool when not in use.

Great stay

Villa is amazing. The pool is lovely. The kitchen has all you need. Cheryl is always available for any questions or help. Wish we could have stayed longer. I’ve stayed in a number of different villas & this is the first one I’d consider booking again for a next holiday.

A lovely 2 week stay

The villa is lovely and has everything you want from the kitchen, lounge and pool area. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was very welcome as it was hot during our visit. Car hire is essential as the main bars and restaurants are a 10 minute drive away. We would not hesitate to return to this villa, thank you for a lovely holiday

Wonderful villa

This is a real home from home villa. Clean and spacious with all you need for your stay. In a quiet residential area but with a few restaurants within easy reach. Short drive to the beach and supermarkets. Lovely private pool area with a BBQ which we made good use of during our stay. Both Mark and Cheryl were very helpful with the booking and also whilst in Javea. Highly recommended and will look to return.

Charming Spanish Villa

The Villa is very spacious so although there was just the two of us it is certainly big enough for families and it also felt very safe - located in a residential area yet only 10 mins drive to the main beach and many restaurants. The Villa was well equipped with all the required kitchen appliances with a vast assortment of crockery and cooking utensils should you wish to cook. We were lucky enough to have beautiful weather so it was lovely to be able to make use of the outside area on the terrace and beside the pool which was exactly as the pictures show on the website and also very private. Overall we felt very relaxed and comfortable in the Villa as it has a very homely feel and our contact with Mark and Cheryl were excellent.

Another lovely visit!

Great villa, great location, great service

This is a lovely villa in a great location, and less than a 10 minute drive to the Arenal beachfront. The villa matched the listing specification exactly and was spacious and clean, inside and out. The owner was very responsive to any communications from the moment we booked, and provided a first class service.

Relaxing Holiday

This villa is situated in a quiet residential area, and it has everything that you need, as we found out due to the horrendous weather we had on our first four days, we used the villa during these days as a base and went around the local area to see the scenery and locals way of life. It would have been nice to see someone on arrival as there is no meet and greet book which would have helped us a lot, like telling us the areas to go to, whats on as we have never been to this part of Spain before, this is only an observation on my part. When weather picked up the family were able to enjoy sunbathing and the use of the pool. We had to call out maintenance due to the weather blowing out the pilot light on the boiler, she was there ASAP and sorted out the issue there and then which allowed us to then pick her brain about whats on in the area, supermarkets, places to visit etc. All in all a fantastic 10 days at a very good villa, well recommended.

Lovely villa in a quiet area. Would recomend to families couples. Superb location too.

The property was spacious and it replicates the photos taken on the website. The pool's perfect. We have a 4 and 7 year old and they loved it. It has all mod cons and the kitchen was just what you need. The villa is only a short drive to a great sandy beach or peble cove. We had a superb stay and would highly recommend this villa. Thank you for everything.

Enjoyable stay again at this superb Villa

Lovely Villa

We had a great stay again at Marks home from home Villa . Everything you need for a perfect stay. Quite location have now got to know the neighbors So many great restaurants in the Arenal and Port Love the villa so much have booked to stay twice next year

A lovely villa in a superb location.

We had three weeks in Mark's villa and really enjoyed ourselves. The villa is spacious, modern and a thoroughly desirable place to holiday. It has everything you need and all appliances, devices etc work well. The pool area is very private and a very desirable place to relax and sunbathe. We particularly liked the location - in a very quiet street, with hardly any traffic and very few parked cars. It's a decidedly upmarket area. Liked it a lot Mark. Thanks. Minus points? Pool heating would be great - though we appreciate it's pretty rare in Spain.

Excellent villa - perfect for a family holiday !

Excellent villa - easy drive to beaches / restaurants / local towns. A couple of restaurants within walking distance (15 mins for our family). Villa is a home from home and better than many others we've rented (we've visited this area a lot). We loved the outside dining and sitting area, good quality BBQ and pool. Lounge and bedrooms are very comfortable and kitchen is well equipped. Very highly recommended.

Fabulous holiday villa

Lovely villa. Roomy modern and well decorated. Great pool and exterior gardens, and really enjoyed the table tennis table. BBQ very large new and useful. Quiet location, residential, car essential but driving straightforward. Highly recommend. Would stay again.

A very spacious villa, beautifully decorated and equipped with everything we could need for our stay

The description of the villa is acurate. The photos are acurate. The villa, garden and pool were beautifully maintained and clean. Its location is in a very quiet suburb not far from the facilities of Javia and the beach. Plenty of things to do and explore if you want to. The owner was easily contacted with any queries that we had. We had a lovely holiday and would recommend to friends and ourselves return again.

Villa Costa Nova was a clean, bright villa in a lovely location.

The villa was very clean, spacious and bright. It was generally well equipped and everything was in good order. The villa was in a quiet area but all local amenities were easily accessible by car. The pool was superb being beautifully clean and very large.

Having lived and worked in Spain for twelve years our jobs have now taken us back to the UK. The positive though is that we retain our beautiful home and can visit when time permits.

Why they chose this property

We have really enjoyed living in this house and area for the last 6 years. It is in a great neighborhood and located close enough to the action but far enough away to have some peace and tranquility. There are fantastic walks on the doorstep and we just love the terrace and outdoor area where we enjoy the pool and the views
