Wavering is a beautiful barn conversion resting in Compton Bishop near Axbridge in Somerset. It offers two bedrooms, a double and a single, as well as a family shower room, sleeping a total of three people. Also inside there is an open-plan living area boasting a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area which has a woodburning stove. To the outside there is off-road parking for two cars and a gravelled area with furniture and a barbecue. Wavering is a delightful cottage in a fantastic rural location, perfect for families of three or couples. There is a £15.. per pet supplement
Amenities: Electric central heating and woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, washing machine, Smart TV, WiFi, and a selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for two cars. Front gravelled area with furniture and small barbecue. Two well-behaved pets welcome (there is a £15.00 per pet supplement) Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.6 miles, pub 1.2 miles. Bicycle storage (up to 4 bikes). A complimentary starter basket of logs is provided. Further logs can be purchased from the owner. Permanent wooden stair gates fitted. Note: Minimum stay of 3 nights for short breaks and arrivals only on Friday and Monday please. Please Note: Electric cars must be charged at designated charging points in the area.
