A brand new (May 2019) Two bedroom apartment with two separate bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with twin beds) and lounge with fitted kitchen. The apartment comes well equipped with an intercom, private bathroom, widescreen TV, washing machine and full kitchen with appliances. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge and a dining table. Our site is covered by CCTV and the building is a stones throw away from Leicesters main bus station, leisure and retail district including a number of restaurants and cinema. Demontfort University is within walking distance.
