Very close to town centre

Brilliant location, 30 seconds from the front door of the cottage and your in the heart of the town, used the parking at the leisure Centre for 7 day stay, cost £26 plus, you have to pre book, with the car park/ cornwall. You have everything you need in the cottagecouncil

Holiday

Enjoyed the break as it was the Arts fortnight with lots to see and listen to. A couple of review - your oven takes so long to heat up we gave up and ate out - I think perhaps an upgrade. Perhaps the bed linen needs an upgrade too - some of it is rather old . Overall it was good. Joan

Great base in St Ives

Had a great time here. Good location just 2 minutes walk to harbour. Property was very clean and well equipped. A perfect base and would recommend to anyone. No complaints at all. There is no parking at the property but we got a weeks parking for £26 in the park avenue car park with the parking app. Its then down the steps across the road. A recommendation for the owners would be to add a bolt to the front door which connects the 2 halves of the stable style door. A very small thing but found it to be a bit irritating when coming and going and always had to lock the top half with the key when in as no latch for handle????

Overall, a decent place to stay. Well equipped and central. Currently a construction across the road, which made it a bit noisy.

Great little cottage

Cottage is small (as are most in St Ives!) but has everything you need and in a great location. Can get a little noisy from passing people and cars but again this is pretty normal when in St Ives. Would happily stay here again in the future, and it was spotless throughout.

Just perfect

The cottage was in the ideal location only a 5 minute walk from St Ives harbour and 5 minute walk to the beach. Really enjoyed our stay, only down side was parking but it wasn't a big issue. Whoever stays at this cottage pull up outside and drop your stuff off and drive down to the st Ives train station car park as it's only 25 pound for a week, don't park at the laundrette carpark they charge 112.50 a week and we saw on reviews they give you a parking tickets even when you have paid

Just what we needed

We stayed here as a last minute family getaway with a 2 and 4 year old. The cottage is right in the middle of town and perfectly compact for a week away. The king size bed was plenty of room for two adults and our youngest, with an extra single bed in the room for our older girl who loves her own space. Just a note that there are stairs in the property with no stair gate, but we managed fine with a few ground rules. The washer dryer and dishwasher proved invaluable. There was even a basket of toys for the kids, loads of DVDs and access to streaming services, and windbreakers, umbrellas and buckets and spades to borrow for the beach. Communication with Mark was fantastic too and the welcome pack was very detailed and clearly laid out. Basically if you’re after a simple, small home away from home for your holiday, this place is full of charm and just what you need.

Amazing little Gem

Had an amazing time I this gorgeous little cottage in the middle of St Ives… as a line traveller there was everything I needed I never felt unsafe it was so easy to find… there is no parking outside but I did stop there to unload and reload easily enough . I parked at the leisure centre as I was back late and out early every day the most I paid was £5 per day … the cottage has everything you could possibly need and the way the kitchen is set out uses every inch of space I couldn’t think of anything I needed which wasn’t there .. Very comfy bed and a lovely big bathroom ..
