This apartment has an elegant and modern furniture, it has a bedroom and a sofa bed, and you can add an extra bed in the living room.
Exquisite decoration It is fully equipped to feel at home. The building has a rooftop pool with the best views of the Cathedral and the Giralda. You can relax there after a day visiting Seville.
The apartment has a bedroom and a spacious living room with integrated kitchen. It has a large television with Apple TV and access to a Netflix account for our customers, it also has a WIFI connection. It has a toilet in the living room and a full bathroom in the bedroom with shower. We provide shampoo, body wash and hair conditioner.
Access to the pool (shared by 4 apartments) is by elevator, beautiful rooftop, where you can sunbathe enjoying the spectacular views. The views at night are perhaps more impressive of that day!

Fantastic Apartment

My wife and I just spent 4 wonderful days in Seville, and everything about this apartment was as advertised. It is in a central location. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and Elena, the owner, was so good to work with. If we are ever able to come back to Seville, we hope to stay here again. Oh, and the view from the rooftop was fantastic. Sipping wine in the glow of the Giralda in the evening was special.

Perfect apartment for exploring beautiful Seville

A superb apartment with all amenities, Elena was the perfect host and made us feel very welcome in their family home. The roof top pool with "that view" was lovely to look forward to after a busy day sightseeing. Our first trip to Seville and hopefully not our last as so much to explore. We ate out every day in numerous restaurants and bars and all were superb, lots of good tips in the visitors book. Thank you Elena hopefully we will return for more Purerto de Indias soon!

Unglaublich, aber wahr

Die Top Innenstadtlage kann nicht überboten werden, das Apartment liegt nur wenige Schritte von der Kathedrale und damit dem Herzen der Stadt entfernt.Alles, was an Sevilla interessant ist, konnten wir zu Fuß erreichen. Der Blick vom Dach ist atemberaubend, der Pool einfach nur toll. Die Ausstattung läßt keine Wüssnche offen, Elena ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend kümmert sich um alles.

BEAUTIFUL apartment in perfect location!

Elena's apartment is beautiful and in an ideal location. The apartment is spacious, clean and ideally situated by the Cathedral. There are many restaurants outside the apartment and excellent shopping just a few minutes away. My family also loved the rooftop pool for cooling down because Sevilla is very hot in July! We can't wait to return to Sevilla and would highly recommend this wonderful apartment!

Location, Location, Location

Apartment O - The apartment location was absolutely fantastic if you want to be based right in the very centre of Seville. We stayed for 6 nights and loved the apartment and all it had to offer. Elena, who handled the apartment, was in touch with me from when I made the initial enquiry right up to meeting us on the day, was fantastic. Would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Fantastic apartment in Seville

The apartments are clean and well maintained and ideally located for visiting central Seville. Elena was brilliant helping with restaurant recommendendations and a place to see the Flamenco. The restaurants - La Mamela, Sal Gorda and Voraz were all excellent but Casa Robles was awful. If you want to visit Seville then these apartments are brilliant!

Amazing View, heart of the city! Beautiful home!

We stayed at one of Elena's rental homes (not the one listed it was unavailable so she offered us another) it was beautiful, the home use to belong to a Spanish painter! She was great to work with, very available and had lots of information ready for us. The place itself was a dream, great location and beautifully maintained home. Loved my entire stay in Sevilla and a lot of it had to do with this home :)

Amazing apt and management

The apt in Seville couldn't be more central just behind the cathedral with an amazing roof top pool ( v small but ab fine for cooling off after a long days sightseeing ) v spacious / toiletries provided and a bottle of wine / olives /fresh coffee etc. but the highlight was the manager elena who bent over backwards to b helpful n kind. We forgot our I phone charger and her father dropped one in for us plus she also printed off our boarding passes . Elena s recommendations for restaurants / markets / sights were spot on. She was terribly patient with us and within minutes of us leaving the apt she had refunded our deposit. Elena was happy for us to check out mid afternoon and even gave us some money back as the pool had been out of action for most of the week. We had never experienced such excellent management in 30 years of self carting in Europe. We have already recommended it to friends who r going in oct. Thank you elena.

Magique et reposant

Un premier appartement moderne, confortable, placé idéalement au cœur même de la vieille ville, et une terrasse dotée d'une piscine juste face à la cathédrale. Parfait en août ! Et aussi la chance de découvrir un second appartement, sur 3 niveaux, autour d'un patio. Ancienne maison de peintre avec fresque et une terrasse réchauffée jusque tard le soir par le coucher du soleil. Très romantique. Nous recommandons les 2 appartements d'Elena, sans hésitation et sans modération :-)

Wonderful Seville Stay!

We had a wonderful stay in this Seville apartment. The location was absolutely amazing! Just steps from the Cathedral and a bustling area of shops and restaurants. The apartment was very clean and well maintained, as well as spacious enough for a family of four. Having an extra half bath made it much quicker for four people to get ready and out the door each day! The dishwasher and clothes washer/dryer were a big help as well. The only issues we had were some difficulty operating the washer/dryer, and a few kitchen items that were missing which would have been useful to have. The apartment manager Elena was extremely friendly and helpful. She was very well organized with tips and maps for our visit. We were also greeted at the apartment with a bottle of wine, olives, and chocolates! I would definitely recommend this apartment and this manager to friends and family.

Beautiful Apartment...Great Location!

Our family of three really enjoyed our time in Seville. The apartment was very modern, spacious and clean. The balconies provided great views and the rooftop pool was a welcome break from the midday sun. We were in Spain for two weeks and this was the last stop. We definitely saved the best for last.

Seville Apartment

My husband and I traveled through Portugal and Spain and stayed at this Seville apartment. The apartment was exactly as described on the posting, very clean, excellent location. Elena was extremely helpful in making the arrangements and meeting us when we arrived. The swimming pool was a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. I highly recommend this property.

Fabulous large apartment in centre of Seville

The apartment has everything you need, and is huge, especially the living/dining room. We appreciated having laundry facilities, and we used the rooftop pool each day after walking around town all day. We didn't really need the extra bathroom, but it can be useful. There were dozens of restaurants right outside the door, yet the apartment was very quiet when the windows are closed. Everything is so close, you can walk easily to all the main attractions. The bus terminal is relatively close, but the train station was a longer walk. It is hard to get transit right to the apartment because of all the narrow streets but it is very scenic and easy to walk.

This apartment was ideal for a visit to Seville. It was located very near the Cathedral and the Alcazar. There were many good restaurants nearby. Nice Apartment extremely well located in Seville

I would recommend this apartment anytime. It was even more than what we expected. Thank you very much Elena. My wife and two kids (11 and 13) truly enjoyed the apartment, the location (walking distance to everything) and the area with all the restaurants and boutiques. Not to forget the cathedral less than five minutes walking.

Bel appartement dans le centre historique

Nous avons bien apprécié cet appartement très agréable, propre et confortable, loué avec un couple d'amis. Il est idéalement situé car on peut tout visiter à pied. Evidemment, il y a du bruit mais le quartier est animé et très sympa. Il manque juste un peu de vaisselle (bols, verres à vin...) et des parasols sur la terrasse du toit, qui aurait besoin d'être un peu mieux entretenue : le bois s'abîme et un certain nombre de lampes ne fonctionnaient pas le soir. La piscine, à partager avec 2 autres appartements, était parfois (illégalement ?) utilisée par des clients de l'hôtel EME d'à côté ce qui nous a un peu étonnés. La vue est superbe ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Séville et recommandons cette location où nous avons été très bien accueillis par Elena.

In the heart of Sevilla!

My fiancé and I stayed at the apartment for the week of La ferie de abril 2014. The place was impeccable, everything we needed was provided for. The hosts were ever so helpful with everything. Tips on good restaurants, Elena even got us a private Sevillanas dance teacher! The oasis on the roof was a great retreat after walking around the beautiful city. We will definitely come back!! Sweet Stay in Sevilla!

The apartment is in an ideal location to go off on foot and explore Sevilla. It is beautiful, was impeccable and we loved the rooftop pool area. It was so handy to have a washer/drier and amenities like a dishwasher made keeping things clean a cinch--a must for us, since we traveled with our 12 month old. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful and provided us with a pack n play crib with soft linens for our little one. She gave us great recommendations too. We had such a sweet stay with our baby! Sevilla was just a delight.

Fabulous property

The apartment is very comfortable and well appointed. It is situated in the hub of the city and the load Spanish voices that continue into the night can be shuttered out. The family are more than helpful and attend to any problems immediately. This was our second stay in the apartment and when we travel to Seville again its where we'll stay

Sevilla's best apartment

I had a great time in this wonderful apartment. It looks in person even better than in the photos. The swimming pool is AMAZING. I could enjoy Seville by walking to every place. It was by far my best experience renting a house. I loved it!

Awesome Location in the Heart of Sevilla

Loved the pool on the roof. Amazing views of La Giralda. Also loved opening the doors of the apartment and standing out on the balcony, watching people eat tapas and stroll the enchanting Barrio Santa Cruz. The apartment itself was simply done, clean, with big, beautiful windows. Bathrooms were spotless, as was the kitchen. No complaints at all. The location is unbeatable--and my family travels to Sevilla a lot. When we come back, this is a no-brainer...we'll stay here.
