We are a couple from the UK. My husband is Italian and I am Irish. We were looking for our little piece of paradise in the south of Italy. The food is as amazing as the local people. We had part of a holiday in Marina di Ginosa and loved the place. We contacted a local engineer, builder and solicitor to arrange building a property from the ground up, and we are very proud of the result. We hope you and your family enjoy our property and the local area just as much as we do!
Why they chose this property
This property has been built to allow people to enjoy a beautiful part of Italy. It is a great standalone vacation property for a relaxing holiday, but is also a great base to explore the whole south of Italy. Some of our guests have travelled to Pompeii, the Trulli's, the local Gravina in Ginosa which predates the bible! There is an abundance of history and sights to see in this part of the world. Other local amenities include horse riding, a waterpark and go karting.
What makes this property unique
The location of the apartments is in a peaceful part of the resort, yet close enough to walk to all the restaurants, bars and shops. The pool is exclusive to the residents of the apartments, so semi private. A stone barbecue/oven is on site and available to use by all clients, when coupled with a fully furnished kitchen and outdoor dining spaces, dining at home is an attractive alternative to eating out. Free Wi-Fi is provided across the complex.
