Nestled within Primrose Valley, only a stone’s throw from Porthminster Beach, this stunning picturesque character cottage boasts spectacular sea views. Primrose Cottage is dog friendly and sits within its own landscaped cottage garden with separate annex and off-site parking.
Located on the first floor is the double fronted living room which has stunning high ceilings and is the perfect space for relaxing with friends and family. With stunning views across Porthminster Beach and St Ives Town, the living room features a large comfortable sofa, love seat, log burner and Smart TV.
Also on the first floor is a cosy snug with sofa and picture window looking out over the cottage garden to Porthminster Beach.
On the ground floor there is an elevated area with a workstation and beautiful views.
The recently refurbished kitchen comes complete with traditional AGA, separate oven, Belfast sink and dishwasher.
Leading off the kitchen you will find the large dining room with feature log burner and seating for six, perfect for entertaining, and sash windows with traditional wooden shutters, ideal for taking in the view.
Off the dining room you will find an old-fashioned pantry with fridge/freezer.
There is a further laundry room fitted with washing machine, tumble dryer and storage.
The master bedroom is located on the ground floor with opulent king-sized bed, chaise and ample storage.
The second bedroom, on the first floor, offers two single beds and ensuite featuring shower, WC and wash hand basin.
The third bedroom is situated in the annex accessible through the cottage garden offering peaceful privacy with a king-sized bed and ensuite with shower, WC and wash hand basin.
Alongside the two ensuite bathrooms, there is a large family bathroom situated on the ground floor and has a double rainforest shower, WC and wash hand basin.
There is a wildflower cottage garden with patio area and large table comfortably seating six with a charcoal BBQ making Primrose Cottage ideal for a relaxing in the evening and enjoying a glass of wine while taking in the stunning sea views and warm summer nights.
There is also an outside shower and hanging space for wetsuits.
