Second time at this property. This time I felt that it just needs a little bit of maintenance in the bathroom. But overall it is an ideal flat to stay in, in a great location. Thank you.
A very good property. Has everything you might need including a microwave and clothes airer (not listed/photographed in the ad I saw). Difficult to fault it except on a personal level, for example the bed was too soft for me but many would prefer that.
Lovely flat. Well equipped kitchen and comfy bed in a quiet area. Ideal for two people.

A very comfortable apartment of high quality furnishings and fittings.
Everything excellently cleaned. Sorry that there wasn’t a dishwasher as it was mentioned in the information . The manager/owner said he look at the information. He was most pleasant and helpful in his emails. Parking off road very good and it worked perfectly. The key pad was a little low to see - especially for those of us in advancing years (76 and 78) but we had a very enjoyable break.
Would certainly recommend this high quality apartment.

Stayed here for a long weekend with my wife and new-born. This flat provided an excellent base for us to explore the lovely town of Monmouth and the surrounding Wye valley area.
The flat itself is very well presented with a well furnished kitchen and high quality bedding. The high ceilings give the space a roomy feel and the garden is a lovely space on a sunny day.
It is only a 5 min walk to the centre of Monmouth where there are numerous restaurants, coffee shops and other facilities to enjoy.
The surrounding area is beautiful with many excellent walking routes and ancient monuments to visit.

The standard of the property is outstanding. The high ceilings give a lovely sense of spaciousness, the decor and furniture are tasteful and high quality (including the sofabed,) plus the kitchen has everything needed for a home away from home. Great shower too! And great location - walking distance from shops and restaurants but far enough to not be noisy. Highly recommended.
The flat was great, clean, well equipped and within walking distance from the town center, we couldn’t have wished for a better location to explore the surrounding area, which is beautiful, and then stroll into town for the evening. Would definitely recommend and return if we are ever in the area.
Good for the price but certain details we've come to expect were lacking; only 1 roll of TP, 1/2roll of paper towel, and particularly an information sheet. We did not know how the host wanted linens and towels left, where to take out the trash, etc. Particularly alarming was the magnetic lock on the entrance door. It appeared to be always left open but one afternoon as we were leaving the door was shut and locked. We couldn't get out until we tried what looked like a light switch. However it appeared you needed a card of some sort to unlock from the outside. We'd gone to see friends and came back late. We'd left the door open and just hoped it still was. Had it closed again we would have been stranded at midnight in the rain!
Good enough for the money but could easily be better.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Appartement in Monmouth sehr genossen. Es war alles wie beschrieben, sehr sauber und die Lage ist super! Ausserdem ist der vorhandene Parkplatz sehr praktisch.
Wir würden dieses Appartement wieder buchen!!

We travel a lot throughout Europe and always stay at apartments.We enjoyed the apartment and it is a very high standard for U.K. rentals and one of the best we have stayed at in the U.K. . The location is very good with a short walk to centre of Monmouth and the bonus is that it has a parking spot,a much prized possession in the town. No real faults with the actual apartment which was all it said in the advertisement. The main areas for improvement such as the entrance door to the building is frequently left open by other tenants so most nights which was a bit of a concern so we went out and closed it after 10pm.It would be good to have frosted glass in the bathroom as though it only looks out onto a small inner yard only accessed by other tenants and there is a blind to use at night but in the day time one puts up the blind and my wife's shock when she glanced through the window to see someone equally shocked looking into the bathroom. We would certainly stay there again if visiting that area. Jeff and Monika
