June Ville Villa is made up of 3 self-contained apartments and is situated in one of the most sought-after areas in Mellieha - a tourist village in the northern part of Malta, known as the area of Santa Maria Estate, and located in a cul de sac. The property is comprised of spacious rooms, which are furnished with modern and of excellent quality, and is fully equipped with domestic requirements. The Villa offers 5 bedrooms, can be rented as a whole as private accommodating for 10 to 13 persons or as an individual unit for a family /friend of 4 /5 persons or couples. The swimming pool is shared only with 2 other apartments rented only and exclusively to residents holidaymakers, Prices are quoted for the 1 bedroom unit for 2 persons. For the 2 bedroom unit for 4 persons there will be an additional charge of Euro 140 for a whole week for an extra bed/person, Infants under 2 years will not be charged and baby cots and high chair is provided.
All rooms are spacious with Air conditioning(payable separately according to usage) in all bedrooms, bed linen and bath towels are provided, and changed after a week of your stay.WiFi, TV, washing machine, safe deposit box are also available, at no additional cost.
The apartments are on the same level as the swimming pool together with the children’s pool, the pool measure 950 x 500 cm Depth 187 children pool 270 x 270 cm
depth 55 cm
The property is surrounded by a garden with olive trees and citrus and palm trees a lovely gazebo, and a charcoal BBQ. Sunbeds, umbrellas, and garden furniture for guest who prefers to dine and chill out with a glass of wine.

1st time to Malta

Perfect is the best way to discribe Melita and Godfrey's property. The apartment ticked every box that is required for a family and the pool area is fantastic. Highly recommend this lovely rental we will definitely be back.

Great apartment

The apartment was exactly as described, with all necessary facilities in a peaceful residential location. The lovely pool was a particular highlight, shared by just 3 apartments. Our host, Melita, lived on site and was very welcoming and helpful.

Stunning peaceful location

So happy we decided to stay in this immaculately clean, well appointed apartment. Beds are very comfortable with a choice of pillows to suit all. Swimming pool again is immaculately maintained with a perfect water temperature. Roadside parking is available with plenty of spaces. Hosts live on site are very friendly and friendly. Highly recommend.

Really clean, lovely pool & very helpful host.

Thank you for our stay, your property was the perfect base for exploring the island. The milk in the fridge on arrival was perfect for our little boy arriving late and wanting to go straight to bed and your extremely kind loan of a car seat saved the day when our car hire company let us down. The apartment was spotless and the pool and facilities were great.

Amazing Holiday

From the first moment we booked this property we had communication from Melita who was fantastic. The property was super clean comfy beds, pool area beautiful. The villa is only a 10 minute walk up to the shops and restaurants in Melliaha. Melita was on hand for anything we needed or wanted to know about the local area. We are already looking to book next year. I would highly recommend this villa and we can't wait to stay again.

Beautiful and Enjoyable holiday

We had a wonderful holiday in Malta . Experience was even better because of our stay here . Melita was a good host and made sure our stay was like a home from home. Very peaceful location and having a rental car made us explore all of Malta in 6 days

Perfect family stay

My young family had an amazing stay at Melita's property. Communication before our arrival was excellent. It's located in a quiet residential area, but there are really nice shops & restaurants nearby... The apartment was clean and well stocked. The pool was so nice with shady or sunny areas to sit in. Mellieha is a really nice town, with a nice beachy bay & well placed in discovering Malta. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. We will hopefully return when we next visit Malta.

Very relaxing

Excellent stay ! Very quiet area, only a 10 min walk to the bus stop and supermarket. The buses take you all over the island for €2 with a free 2hr return, clean spacious appartment, with a lovely private pool area, Mellita lives above on site but is not interfering, beds very comfy,and kitchen well equipped for cooking. The only problem this year were the Mosquitoes in force, so take protection . We have had a wonderful holiday Melita was lovely & helpful, we will be returning.

Lovely stay

Me and a friend stayed here for 1 week and we had a lovely time. Property is clean and tidy, pool area is lovely too. Town is around a ten minute walk. I would advise hiring a car. The owners are great and are on hand to help out and sort any issues you may encounter. I would recommend a stay here to anyone

Quiet and peaceful location

Just returned from a weeks holiday at Juneville. We occupied 2 of the 2 bedroom apartments ( there is also a 1 bedroom apartment) Melita is a very friendly and helpful host and on hand at all times. The apartments were equipped with all we needed for cooking. The beds were comfortable. You do have to pay for air con via a meter in the living room, both the bedrooms have an air con unit in them. Plenty of room around the pool with sun beds, chairs & tables whether you want to be in the shade or sun. We also made use of the built in bbq a couple of times. The pool is a good size and the water was a good temperature even though it isn’t heated (1st week sept) Juneville is in a residential area and is a little way out. There is a good supermarket about 10 mins walk away and next door to that is a lovely restaurant called Belleview, that we ate in a couple of times. We walked down to the beach via a set of steps and roadways and it took us half an hour. You might want to get a taxi back up though!! We used eCabs as it was an easy app to use - the same as Uber Would definitely recommend Thank you Melita

Lovely apartment with good size pool in quiet location

Ideal for couples and families. Parking outside 10 minutes walk from town with good supermarket. Well designed, good kitchen and washing machine Air con and fan plus good pool, essential for hot days and nights. Mellieha itself on less developed part of island. 45 minute drive from airport. 10 minutes from Gozo ferry

Spotlessly clean!

This was the cleanest apartment we have ever stayed in! It's located in a very quiet residential area, yet a short walk away from a supermarket, shops, pubs and restaurants. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for preparing our meals. Our teenage kids adored the pool area! The owners, who live on the first floor of the property, were absolutely lovely and extremely helpful - without being "in your face". We recommend Melita's place wholeheartedly!

Relaxing holiday with friends & family

We were a party of 6 adults & 3 children sharing all three apartments which are based on the lower floor of this grand villa. Melita & her husband live on the upper floor of the villa and where very helpful with local knowledge of the surrounding area. The Villa is set in a quiet residential area and has everything you need great pool and plenty of sunbeds to laze away in the summer heat. It was a pleasure. My daughter and I enjoyed our stay in the two bedroom apartment. The rooms were very spacious, clean and well equiped especially the bedroom furniture plenty of hanging space. Great Place for a family holiday...

We truly enjoyed this accomodation ,spot less clean, swimming pool and pool area is large with lots of space for every one, walking distance to food stores , restaurants and bar, Lovely beach only few km away . owner is friendly and very helpful to all question asked... I recommend this property

Ideal when travelling with little children

Villa is situated in a pretty, green area in one of the nicest neigbourhoods in Mellieha. We stayed in 2BR apartment with spacious living room&kitchenette. Rooms were nicely furnished, clean and cozy ideal for travelling with children. The apartment is quite well equipped, had a little trouble with learning to use the gas owen though:) And plenty of adapters for plugs were equipped:) For us travelling with 2 small children the real hit was the pool with children's pool at on side of it. In some windy days we even decided to stay in apartment and children spent their day playing in the pool. To access the public beach or sightseeings the car is recommended (even if you are not accustomed to drive on the left side), public transport is functioning properly but the loss of time is quite remarkable. Also they tend to be owercrowded at peak hours. It’s possible to park at the side of the street in front of the villa. Just what we wanted

Our appt. was clean & comfortable with plenty of poolside furniture for all of the apartments. The pool was brilliant with my boys spending most of their time in it !! The Vella family were lovely & friendly and always on hand to answer any questions. We had a wonderful stay and will most definitely book again. Malta is a welcoming country with fabulous weather & and to top it all they drive on the left and have 3 pin plugs !!!!! Thank you Melita - Can't wait to visit again. The Calverley's

Wonderful time in perfect location

The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the unique feature of being able to jump "directly" into the pool from the apartment was simply amazing. Communication with our host Melita, both before and during our stay, was excellent. Any questions or issues we had were promptly addressed, allowing us to thoroughly enjoy our time in Malta. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Malta. The apartment's location makes it easy to reach any attraction on the main island within a 40-minute drive, and there are beautiful beaches nearby, such as our favorite, Riviera Beach. Additionally, the ferry to the other islands is only a 15-minute drive away. A big thank you to our host, Melita, for making our stay so memorable and enjoyable. We truly had a wonderful time in her apartment.

Leuk verblijf in een mooie buurt, wel wat afgelegen

Gastvrouw deed er alles aan om er een mooie vakantie van te maken. Alles was netjes en we kregen ook voldoende tips voor uitstapjes. Dichtstbijzijnde winkel is toch al een eindje lopen. Punten voor verbetering is het wat verouderde meubilair binnen en buiten. Badhanddoeken werden ook nooit vervangen ook niet bij langer verblijf. Er is wel een wasmachine ter beschikking om dit zelf te doen.
