Dairy Cottage is set on a working farm and surrounded by far reaching views across the meadows and woodland. The property offers spacious and comfortable accommodation sleeping up to 5 with a walk through bedroom, more suited to families or children sharing. The sitting and dining room are spacious and comfortable with a wood burning stove, perfect for those chilly evenings. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom, which has a separate shower cubicle, together with the main bedroom are on the ground floor making this property suitable for those with mobility concerns. The cottage is in between Wadhurst and Ticehust, both villages have a good range of shops and foodie pubs. Close by there are many things to do and see including the National Trust properties at Sissinghurst, Scotney and Bodiam. Famous gardens at Great Dixter and Pashley Manor. There are 2 local golf course and a vineyard at Lamberhurst. London is an hour away from the local train station.

Please ensure pets do not go into bedrooms or on furniture. Never leave pets alone in the property. Please clear all evidence of pets from gardens etc. before leaving. Smoking: No smoking at this property Rooms: 3 bedrooms,1 bathroom, 1 kitchen, open plan sitting and dining room Beds: 1 double, 3 singles Luxuries: TV/DVD General: Electric wall radiator in sitting room, wood burning stove - 1st basket of logs provided. Two plug in radiators Utilities: Electric oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment Standard: Kettle, toaster, iron Others: Bed linen and towels provided Outdoor: Terraced area to rear with garden furniture and barbecue Parking: Private parking in front of the property. There is no EV charging at this property Also Provided: Broadband supplied via satellite, speed may reduce during times of high demand Notes: No children under four. Beef boxes, half boxes and individual cuts are available to order from the homeowner. Please note that as this is a working farm all dogs should be kept on a lead and children should be supervised at all times. During the winter months the cattle are housed in a byre to the side of the property with a bit of noise during feeding time. Shoots on the farm are also organised on a few Saturday mornings from November to January.
